Wines for pleasure, made with the greatest respect. The estate's flagship cuvée remains L'Ebrescade, named after a high hillside. Elegant, powerful and silky, with aromas of ripe fruit, pepper and spices, this wine has great ageing potential. Other cuvées are also available, including a nod to his other passion, hang-gliding: Terre d'Aigles.
