PÂTISSERIE PALANQUE
Since 1927, this house has been delighting Vence with its hand-crafted sweets. Still in the same family, it combines know-how and creativity: macaroons, chocolates, sourdough breads, everything is homemade with hand-picked products. On the catering side, buffets and cocktails are also a hit: mini-sandwiches, canapés, salads, pièces montées... But the real treasure is the Craquelin, a soft brioche with almonds and caramel, whose secret recipe is jealously guarded. A gourmet legend that has become the pride of the town.
