Located in Correns, France's1st organic village, the Latz family estate extends over 32 hectares of vines with an average age of 17 years. Ecocert-certified since 1995, the organic wines respect environmental biodiversity. The estate is made up of several types of soil, a complexity that enables us to offer three cuvées in three colors: Licorne in Côtes de Provence AOP, Les Trois Frères in Côtes de Provence AOP and A Lisa in Vin de Pays du Var IGP. A "Si, fines bulles rosé" cuvée is also produced using the traditional method.

Dans un cadre majestueux, domaine vinicole 100% bio comme toute la commune de Correns. Personnel passionné qui vous conseille aimablement et vous fait découvrir les différents vins du domaine. Rouge, Blanc, Rosé, tout est excellent…. La meilleure manière de découvrir est de faire un petit détour au gré d'une balade dans la région
