For 9 years, the company Plus beau le riz has been marketing three beers (blonde, red and brown) for the three colors of rice, in nearly 300 points of sale. These beers are light, low in alcohol and thirst-quenching with specific tastes: honey for the blonde, caramel for the red and licorice for the brown.

Romain Dol represents the^5th generation on this Le Novi estate, which means " the newlyweds" in Provençal. This 30-hectare vineyard is organically farmed and planted with 15 traditional Mediterranean grape varieties, including a few old, late and Provençal varieties. Michel Paschetta installed this family oil mill in 1979. With the help of his wife Françoise, he added an artisanal soap factory to it in 1985.
