Georges Testa, a medal-winning master confectioner with Provençal gumption, perpetuates the ancestral tradition and makes the sweets by hand. This is where "suce-miel" is made. A small ribbon of honey paste glued between two strips of paper. You'll also find chiques, nougat, navettes, toothbreakers and calissons. All the sweets of Provence at your fingertips, with the option of tasting quite a few things on the spot. The Moulin Bleu is also a tea room.

We stopped with blue Mill for tea, the setting is typical but the room was noisy enough for a tea room. The delicatessen part has however quite a wide choice of regional produce.
