Georges Testa, master confectioner, perpetuates the tradition and elaborates the candy by hand like his great-grandfather. In the Eymery family, we have been making "honey suckers" since 1932. It is a small ribbon of honey paste stuck between two paper strips, protected by a PGI (protected geographical indication). A delightful gourmet store in the heart of the village of Allauch where you will also find chiques, nougat, navettes and tooth breakers or calissons.

We stopped with blue Mill for tea, the setting is typical but the room was noisy enough for a tea room. The delicatessen part has however quite a wide choice of regional produce.
