His sons resumed the company and today it was Patrick Llerena who heads the Company. 750 tons of chips are produced each year and are distributed in many countries. Natural Allauch 100% chips with no dye or preservatives are the flagship product. Crispy, tasty and finely salted, they are exclusively prepared according to a homemade recipe. Other products: chips chips and potato chips Vitelotte which are naturally blue.
