Oenologists and from winemaking families, Gilles and Christine produce a small, high quality Côtes-du-Ventoux. It's a local wine that doesn't keep well and is best enjoyed in summer. The white surprises with its floral aromas, while the rosé, produced by direct pressing, has a pretty orange-pink color and freshness, opening with a lovely bouquet of fruity notes. The Ventoux red reveals pleasant spicy aromas. Try the 100% Viognier IGP Vaucluse. A warm welcome and tasting session.
