The brand has been around for almost fifty years, and is an institution in Sorgues. Since 2013, the Piedra family has taken over the patisserie. They are chocolatiers, pastry chefs and ice-cream makers. Their specialties include Saint Marc, a caramelized vanilla and chocolate mousseline with an almond cookie, and Délicieux, a meringue, vanilla, caramel and roasted almond ice cream. Daughter Alexandra and mother Yvonne warmly welcome you.

Je me suis présenté ce matin dans cet établissement afin d’acheter des gâteaux. J’ai simplement posé la question suivante avant de me faire agressé par la vendeuse extrêmement pas commerçante : « les gâteaux sont ils du jour ? ». Je me suis faite traité d’idiote car cette question était selon elle bête. Gros manque de professionnalisme. N’avez vous jamais eu des gâteaux de la veille ? Une simple question mérite t’il d’être traité de la sorte ? Un simple : oui madame ils sont d’aujourd’hui aurait été appréciable!

Une très bonne pâtisserie, accueil cordial et souriant, bons produits, avec de l'inventivité pour certains, et bons chocolats.
