The interior of this brewery-restaurant, created by Yannick Metge, has been enlarged and is now a real success. In a neo-industrial setting, the microbrewery is housed in a former iron workshop. We're at the heart of local consumption, with beers brewed on site, and tapas and burgers concocted with local produce. At 12 noon, the traditional slate-style cuisine is top-notch. Why the fork? In Occitan it's called foueich, which gave rise to... Foix. A must-visit address. Soon to open as a coworking space!

La Hocq, short for Hocquard, stands for Séverine and David Hocquard. Their credo: to offer quality, organic beers. Each of their beers is very different, with light foams produced by bottom fermentation, filtered and brewed without additives - Cardabelle, a blonde, is our favorite. Made in Aveyron, with a focus on producers and short supply chains, they are on sale at Cave Ruthène, delicatessens or direct from the place of production on order.

This craft brewery is a friendly place full of character, created by a beer-loving duo: Jean-Baptiste and Numa. After travelling and working in breweries, notably in New Zealand, these hop enthusiasts came up with Zoobrew. This address is both a craft brewery and a bar where you can taste their creations on weekends. It attracts connoisseurs, the curious and those who simply want to refresh themselves with original craft beers. Beers are also on sale in the boutique.

The Oppidum Brewery offers organic and artisanal beers to take away or to taste on site, all proudly rooted in their region. The Oppidum offers a range of 5 classic beers with a Blonde, a Blanche, an Indian Pale Ale (IPA), an Amber and a Pale Ale. The brewery also offers creations according to the seasons and a more original range, with their Point of Entry beer, a smooth brown ale with coffee, chocolate and caramel flavors but also the Harvest, a beer with fresh hops, 100% Occitan.

Alaryk beers are handcrafted in Béziers. Organic and additive-free, they contain only water, malt, hops and yeast. With respect for traditional know-how, our specialty beers are both rich in flavor and pleasant to drink, tasty and elegant, all inspired by the Languedoc wine-growing region. The brewery's doors are open to you by reservation to discover their production methods, but you can also taste their beers at wine merchants in the Hérault region or at Comptoir Alaryk in Montpellier.

Close to Millau, the Brasserie du Larzac has made a place for itself in the field of beer. This micro-brewery created by Rémi and Camille offers unfiltered and unpasteurized organic craft beers, with a choice between Blonde, Blanche, Ambrée, Indian Pale Ale, Triple as well as ephemeral brews such as the Gardarem, the East Causse and the Imperial Blaque IPA. They favour local suppliers and short circuits, so you can buy their beers directly at the brewery or in organic stores in Aveyron and Hérault.

In their brewery in Decazeville, Azeb and Regis only use raw materials from organic farming for their craft beers. They are produced by infusion and without filtration or pasteurization, which gives them a unique taste. In the store, you will find a Blanche, a Honey Blonde, an Amber Red Ale, a Blonde Pale Ale, a Rye IPA and a Brown Porter, all available in 30L kegs with beer pumps or in 33cl and 75cl bottles.

Installed in Revel since 2018, this craft brewery guarantees an organic, local and seasonal production. On the program, a range of a dozen small foams as qualitative as creative. Blonde for the Revéloise, White with thyme or sage that smells good in the summer evenings, Red with juniper to travel to Finland, Black with roasted malts with coffee accents, without forgetting the Christmas beer flavored with forest honey and orange peel or La Breguette 27 with fresh mint from Sorèze. In Clermont-l'Hérault, Franck Ortz has opened his craft brewery, in an industrial and modern style. You can discover large stainless steel tanks, where the holy drink is prepared by him, but La Pinte Héraultaise is also a place to meet and exchange around beer; you can sit in the sofas to taste the beer of the moment and buy to take away the ones you prefer, white, IPA, blonde or amber. Nicolas opened this microbrewery in 2017. After several trips, including one to Canada where he developed a taste for beer brewing. Back to Ariège for the creation of this 3-in-1 establishment: brewery, boutique and bar from May to September. 9 beers on the menu and a few seasonal beers. Rock, flamenco and French song concerts. A lively meeting place, with games evenings, darts evenings, etc. You'll be able to sample platters from local producers and enjoy the pretty terrace in summer.

Jimmy wanted to share his love of craft beer by creating his micro-brewery. He elaborates each recipe himself in his workshop in the heart of the Hérault region, between land, sea and mountains, to create original, aromatic, refreshing, flowery or spicy beers. He proposes ephemeral beers and a classic range with a lemon-basil Blanche, a Pale Ale, an IPA, an Amber with Rum and a Blonde with chilli. For the amateurs, his beers are sold by packs of 6, boxes of 12, and even by pallet!

Azeb, of Ethiopian origin, has worked in the field of law and business management. Régis grew up in the wine-growing area of Marcillac before training to make beer. This is quite a cultural and professional cocktail that the two young people have put together to create the Brasserie Mousses du Rouergue in Decazeville. Produced in the English way, i.e. without pasteurisation, without the addition of chemicals and by infusion, their beers, which carry the Nature et Progrès label, are completely natural.

Gwendoline and Florian pooled their knowledge of plant biology and water quality to open La Brasserie de la Naine in Saint-Chély-d'Apcher, and opted for the shortest possible supply routes. The hops are French; the malt, gentian and other aromatic and medicinal herbs are local. Gwendoline and Florian have also opted for organic production for their three white, blonde and amber beers, as well as their specials. All are sold direct from the brewery from Tuesday to Saturday.

Aucels is an excellent brewery from the Hérault region with an owl as its logo. This Bedarcian beer is a real delight in the mouth, with a surprising lightness, whatever the color of its dress. Lemonades and artisanal sodas are also produced. The premises have been renovated and the visitor can see the tanks that house the golden nectar. The prices in the store are very affordable, the service is warm and the team of enthusiasts is full of original ideas, such as the brewing courses starting in March and the rental of taps.

Here you can drink or make! The workshop offers its own organic craft beers created with local produce, but brewer Edward Orton also teaches the art of brewing through one-day courses. Although the course is merely an introduction, it covers all the practical stages and the theoretical outlines of production. You can come back and pick up one to three kegs of the beer you've brewed a month or so later, and in all cases the day ends with a tasting session. The beers are smooth and original.

Cahors is not only wine, it is now also beer. A local child, Christophe Ratz learned the trade in England and Belgium to come back to create his own craft brewery, thus reviving an old tradition lost in Quercy. The brewer brought his hops from the North and his barley malt from the Centre, then the alchemy was forged in Fontanes, a small and quiet town. From its vats comes out a top fermentation beer, unpasteurized, with a rich flavour, whether blond, white, brown or amber. Rewarded at the national competition in 2004, the beer is enjoyed at the bar on site, where it can also be purchased. It is also distributed in regional product shops, shopping centres and bars in the Lot. During the visit, you will discover some of the secrets of its design. In his creations, Christophe Ratz is surrounded by a passionate team, sharing the values and meticulousness of the profession. A talented oenologist, Delphine offers a range of elegant, refined organic beers crafted in the purest tradition, with an eco-responsible, environmentally-friendly approach. Blonde or brown? This craft brewery was created by two passionate brothers, Bastien and Matthieu, in 2011. Nestled on the outskirts of Nîmes in a large building with a terrace, it has become a landmark for lovers of authentic beers.
