Christophe Ratz made his mark in Belgium and England before opening his own brewery in 2001, in Fontanes, a few miles from Cahors. A combination of pure malt, aromatic hops, yeast and Lotois water, his beers are natural and unpasteurized. In a little more than fifteen years, Christophe Ratz has developed about fifteen recipes, declined in several ranges: tradition, special, organic, R de Ratz, to which we must add the seasonal beers.
