This family estate, located on the banks of the Orb, is an exceptional winegrowing property. For six generations, the Viennet family has been perpetuating the winegrowing tradition, and since 2006 has been focusing on wine tourism. The estate covers 60 hectares and produces a range of 12 wines, aged in a magnificent cellar carved out of the rock. The estate also hosts sculpture and painting exhibitions, and has five guest rooms in the château, surrounded by English parkland. The cellars can be visited by telephone reservation.

The Domaine Riberach winery produces high quality organic wines, which have been awarded the Nature et Progrès label for several years. This 145-hectare estate produces high quality wines from its 96 hectares of vines. Its clay-limestone soil gives birth to famous AOC La Clape and IGP Pays d'Oc wines. Marions Les Chocolats is an artisanal chocolate workshop and store near the church in Pennautier. It is constantly innovating: first of all, with the creation of small chocolate characters, orangettes, macaroons, single chocolates or bars. But also on the substance, with workshops and tasting sessions around wine for chocolate-wine pairings. Marion is also a chocolate trainer for your private events, a rich idea to transmit her remarkable craft work combining creativity and greed.

Laurent, wine waiter, and Nathalie, his wife, will welcome you and help you discover the wines, alcohols and products of their region, France and the world (more than 1800 references). On the cellar side, the Cadurcian vineyard has a place of choice. On the grocery side, Italy is in the spotlight with fresh products (mozzarella, guanciale, bacon from Colonnata, Burrata...) The interior of this brewery-restaurant, created by Yannick Metge, has been enlarged and is now a real success. In a neo-industrial setting, the microbrewery is housed in a former iron workshop. We're at the heart of local consumption, with beers brewed on site, and tapas and burgers concocted with local produce. At 12 noon, the traditional slate-style cuisine is top-notch. Why the fork? The Vignécoise Farm is at the same time breeding, workshop of transformation and canning. To visit the Coustalat house in Vignec is to discover the real products of the soil in situ. Here, the black pig of Bigorre snorts in the nature to be transformed into terrines, sausages, ventrèches, hams, confits... All the products are sold in the store along with cooked dishes such as garbure or daube or fattened duck specialties from the neighboring Gers. Everything is excellent and you will not leave here without some souvenir jars.

A very pleasant tea room opened since 2008 where you can also taste, in a cosy atmosphere, an excellent vegetarian cuisine and acquire the best organic teas of the moment. Varied and tasty dishes, from the starter to the dessert, it's all homemade with a gazpacho, a roquefort cake, a vegetable soup, a vegetarian chili, a hot goat cheese or a vegetable lasagne... Homemade desserts also with an apple pie, a cannelé and a chocolate fondant. Workshops and activities all year round for children and themed dinners.

The Halles are the soul of Narbonne. Bubbling, they are active from 7am and welcome lovers of good products 365 days a year. Every time we visit, Au Bon Groin surprises us. Anne-Lise and Alexis have managed to evolve the concept from a beautiful butcher's shop to a well-stocked raw-milk cheese department, and now to a local produce area full of surprises. The store is superb, with its wide openings and trendy decor. A real pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds, with superb meats from small-scale breeders and charcuterie prepared on site, guaranteed GMO and additive-free. And for aperitif platters, just ask!
