This brewery, whose premises are located in Gimont, is in the hands of two professionals. Alexis has always been a brewer; Charlotte has mainly evolved in the world of organic and sustainable development. These two have naturally combined their passions and convictions to start producing "eco-artisan" beers, as they like to say. Charlotte and Alexis propose a range of blondes and browns, but also a redhead, a blondinette, a black Gers, a Gimontoise..

The Kiss'Wing brewery is a craft brewery located in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards, in Montblanc. Here, a wide range of organic beers is made by hand. With origins on the other side of the Atlantic, this Occitan microbrewery brews only organically grown raw materials: white, amber, Ipa, Blanche au rhum... there is bound to be a beer to suit your palate. And if it is not the case, discover the very last-born, the Imperial Stout, the most bitter, the blackest and the most intense beer of their collection.

Here you can drink or make! The workshop offers its own organic craft beers created with local produce, but brewer Edward Orton also teaches the art of brewing through one-day courses. Although the course is merely an introduction, it covers all the practical stages and the theoretical outlines of production. You can come back and pick up one to three kegs of the beer you've brewed a month or so later, and in all cases the day ends with a tasting session. The beers are smooth and original.

Cahors is not only wine, it is now also beer. A local child, Christophe Ratz learned the trade in England and Belgium to come back to create his own craft brewery, thus reviving an old tradition lost in Quercy. The brewer brought his hops from the North and his barley malt from the Centre, then the alchemy was forged in Fontanes, a small and quiet town. From its vats comes out a top fermentation beer, unpasteurized, with a rich flavour, whether blond, white, brown or amber. Rewarded at the national competition in 2004, the beer is enjoyed at the bar on site, where it can also be purchased. It is also distributed in regional product shops, shopping centres and bars in the Lot. During the visit, you will discover some of the secrets of its design. In his creations, Christophe Ratz is surrounded by a passionate team, sharing the values and meticulousness of the profession. In the heart of the village of La Palme, Delphine Roullier has set up her craft brewery, named one of France's top 3 breweries by Hachette. A talented oenologist, Delphine offers a range of elegant, refined organic beers crafted in the purest tradition, with an eco-responsible, environmentally-friendly approach. Blonde or brown? Why not try the exotic Ginger, with its flavours of fresh ginger, lemongrass and combawa. Visit us for a tasting at the bar or on the shady terrace, and discover Delphine's chic, trendy universe.

This craft brewery was created by two passionate brothers, Bastien and Matthieu, in 2011. Nestled on the outskirts of Nîmes in a large building with a terrace, it has become a landmark for lovers of authentic beers. Their expertise can be tasted on site or taken away, with an eclectic selection of some fifteen organic beers, lovingly brewed right here. The La Cavale cooperative, which has just celebrated its centenary, is a reference in the Limoux region in terms of agricultural supplies and plant production. But the cooperative also offers a range of products that delight us, all in an eco-responsible approach: Olisoli olive oils - Le Moulin du Sou, Ardence eau de Vie, a craft beer: Alambiquée and the famous Mint, Tangerine or Lemon Crème Religieuse from the Apéroc range. Passionate winemakers, they offer red, white and rosé wines of excellent quality, vinified without sulfur, organic and biodynamic. La Gorge Fraîche is a craft brewery and microbrewery located in Poilhes. It offers a wide range of craft beers, from blondes and ambers to stouts and IPAs. The beers are produced and packaged entirely in the South of France, offering a concentrate of flavors from the Occitan region. The brewery also rents out beer taps and kegs for events.
