On the heights of Cajarc, Aurélien and Céline brew beers that are more about grain than bitterness, and they're already living up to their promises! Firmly rooted in their region, the two young brewers have chosen to focus on local production. Already certified Organic by Ecocert and with the "Nature & Progrès" label, Kos is committed to environmentally-friendly production, with four permanent beers (white, blonde, amber and IPA) and seasonal beers (brown, peaty amber, saffron white...).
