On an excellent, high-altitude terroir of predominantly limestone, Raphaël tends 8 hectares of vines using certified organic and Demeter farming methods. "The precepts of biodynamic viticulture reveal our terroirs and enable the wines to express their identities to the full," he confides. Domaine de Roquemale, which means "bad rock" in Occitan, covers thirteen hectares. Here, Valérie and Dominique Ibanez work with a smile and passion on a clay-limestone terroir for a small production, all organic. Among the wines of the Grès de Montpellier appellation, the Cuvée Mâle is a wine with beautiful aromas on the palate. Both powerful and sweet, this pretty nectar finishes on a fresh note. Le Méli-Mélo" is a thirst-quenching wine just the way we like it. Overall, the nine cuvées produced here are as sweet as they are good.

Biocoop is a success in the Cadurcian land! Situated next to the cathedral, in the heart of the old town, the company's second store is in an idyllic location. In a medieval architecture, between stone and metal, the displays of organic products flourish as much as the customers, delighted with such a surface area in the centre. Grandeur Nature was founded by a group of activists in 1991. It is a Biocoop grocery store, located in the Saint-Agne district, which allows you to find organic products or products without the usual allergens.
