The new owners made the choice to mix in vintage, industrial furniture, like its chairs in formica to the advertising files of the 50 s or this magnificent bar of a métallier. In the entrance, the Black Chesterfield lounge flanked by two white pea chairs will allow you to wait for your guests or sip your aperitif. Duck confit, foie gras, stew of lamb shank, in winter we celebrate the cold with a garbure or a cassoulet. A successful start for this young restaurant that dares to leave the beaten tracks and even revisit the famous creme brulee by adding Espelette pepper to it, of course.
