Séverine offers original and ethical cuisine, with menus that vary according to the season, their organic market garden and livestock breeders, and their permaculture vegetable garden. At the table, you'll enjoy a mousse of organic goat's cheese with baby vegetables in sweet-and-sour sauce, a leg of organic Gers chicken with herbs, and a chocolate tartlet from the Ethiquable cooperative in Fleurance. Events are also regularly organized.
