The Dopf and Irion families can be traced back to the ^16th century in the vineyard. They knew how to make their heritage bear fruit: the vineyard and the castle of Riquewihr, acquired in 1945. The estate offers a diversity of appellations, grape varieties and Grands Crus. Jewels for the palate, savor the sublime Pinot Gris Grand Cru Sporen Grand Cru 2019 (roasted pineapple, tarragon, citrus and blond tobacco) or the Gewurztraminer Sélection de Grains Nobles 2015 (white flesh fruits, white pepper at the end). The Sipps have been winegrowers from father to son for 4 generations. Today, it is Etienne who manages the family vineyard (Ecocert certified in organic agriculture) of 40 ha which spreads out on the slopes (often steeply sloping) within a radius of 3 km around Ribeauvillé. The property is located in the former Cour des Nobles de Pflixbourg (a car park is available all year round), in a house dating from 1512. The cellars are leaning against the east and south ramparts of the old town of Ribeauvillé. The estate benefits from a mosaic of terroirs and has plots of land on the three Grands Crus of Ribeauvillé: Kirchberg, Geisberg and Osterberg. The Stentz saga began in 1919, then Aimé Stentz increased the vineyard from 4 to 12 hectares around 1960. Since 1979, his sons Louis and Étienne have converted the vineyards to organic farming. Domaine Armand Gilg has been family-run since 1937. Certified organic, this beautiful 30-hectare estate pampers its vines to produce wines firmly rooted in their terroirs. Founded in 1929 and owned by 25 winegrowing families, Mailly Grand Cru is one of the few mono Grand Cru estates in Champagne, located exclusively in the Mailly area. Barrel ageing, parcel-by-parcel vinification and Champagne rosé de macération are the hallmarks of a respected ancestral tradition. The range includes the prestigious Cuvée Blanc de Pinot Noir, as well as the cuvée parcellaire Les Échansons, a vintage cuvée for great years only.

At Wittmann et Brand, you can step back in time to an era when the butcher's trade was a kind of nobility. Here, the craft is know-how, and we know how to prepare and process meat, and have been doing so since 1923. The fine, tasty veal is raised with its mother, and the beef comes from the Territoire de Belfort. Charcuterie fans come here to buy pork sausages, Fleischnackas and other cochonnailles.

The Bannwarth family has been harvesting the fruit of 16 hectares of vines for 4 generations. While all regional grape varieties are vinified, the estate has a predilection for Gewurztraminer "L'Expression du Terroir" and crémant. The grapes are harvested by hand, pneumatically pressed and vinified in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing on fine lees. A tasting session will provide you with information about the soils and their influence on the wine and its aromas.

In the Walter family, the passion for wine has been passed down from father to son over more than 4 generations! This estate produces all the Alsatian grape varieties on 13 ha, notably the Grand Cru Steinert and the 1er Cru Côte de Rouffach. In some plots, the planting of flowers enhances the complexity of the different grape varieties. The vinification is carried out in century-old oak tuns! It is the ideal place to make a stopover in a motor home as the setting is so bucolic ...

The Martischang family has been established in the Rouffach region since 1559. Their HVE-certified estate is located on the remains of the Mittelburg, the "central castle". Michel has been running the family business since 2007. He perpetuates a tradition of wines vinified with the greatest respect for excellent ancestral methods. Michel invites you to come and visit his "cellar in a past steeped in history, and enjoy a glass of friendship"! Self-catering cottage on the estate.

Clos Saint Imer owes its name to the patron saint of Gueberschwihr. In 1934, Ernest Burn undertook the restoration of this historic vineyard overlooking the Grand Cru Goldert area, which produces a highly aromatic Muscat. Today, Francis Burn produces cuvées that certainly offer the best price/pleasure ratio in Alsace. We appreciate the Pinot Gris Le Dauphin Vieilles Vignes 2019, Gilbert & Gaillard Gold Medal winner. But also the Muscat Clos Saint-Imer Grande Sélection 2018, Gold Medal at the ^16th Concours Mondial des Vins Féminalise in Paris.

Catherine at the gîtes and her husband Thierry at the vineyards. This very nice couple will welcome you as it should be! The originality of the domain? It is an old flour mill in which very good wines are produced today. On his terroirs, Thierry produces classic and pleasant wines like the Pinot Gris Grand Cru Mambourg 2016 fragrant and fruity or the Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives Grand Cru Mambourg 2016, sweet and complex. As for the gîtes, the three maintained by Catherine are cosy and welcoming for a relaxing stay.

Almost half of the planted area of this 18 ha estate is located on the terroirs of the Grands Crus Kessler, Saering, Kitterlé and Spiegel. The Dirler-Cadés attribute the crystalline character of their wines to the siliceous soils of these eroded sandstone terroirs of the Bundsandstein. All parcels are cultivated biodynamically since 1998. The grapes are harvested by hand, the pressing is done by pneumatic press, and after the vinification, the wines are aged on lees for 10 months. This work gives birth to beautiful vintages to discover during a commented tasting.

Conducted in organic farming since 1997, this vineyard spreads over the hillsides of Bennwihr, Ammerschwihr, Katzenthal, Riquewihr, Colmar and Turckheim. A great name in Alsatian viticulture, the Hugel family has been dedicated for generations to the promotion of Alsace wines. This estate of 30 ha, with a worldwide reputation, exported to more than 100 countries, is today managed by Jean-Frédéric and Marc-André, representing the ^13th generation. Tastings are possible in their typical and charming cellar. A favorite is the Gentil Hugel 2021, which combines the spice of gewurztraminer, the body of pinot gris and the subtlety of riesling with the fruitiness of muscat and the thirst-quenching side of sylvaner.

Bringing together 175 winegrowers, Cave Jean Geiler boasts 390 ha of vineyards spread over a mosaic of varied terroirs, including 10 Grands Crus! The cellar is very convivial, and the winstub hosts tastings for groups and culinary events. A winegrower's museum has been set up with the help of the local historical society. The Geiler winery is renowned for the quality of its gewurztraminers: Cuvée Inspiration Terroirs, Collection Douceurs, Grand Cru Florimont, not forgetting the fine Vendanges Tardives, the quintessence of taste!

Certified "Viticulture durable en Champagne" and "Haute Valeur Environnementale", the Coopérative de Champagne de Ville-Dommange is deeply concerned by environmental issues. The vineyards of this fine brand cover 30 hectares and give rise to a rich range: Pur Extra-brut, Audace Brut, Instinct Brut, Écrin Brut réserve, Nuance Brut rosé, Millésime, Privilège Brut, Parade Demi-Sec, Coffret Empreinte (aged in wood) and Ratafia Apéritif. Olivier and Jérôme run this store dedicated to local and visiting beer lovers. More than 650 references from all over the world, only that! There are so many cans and bottles on the shelves, some with very colorful and peppy labels, that you don't know where to look! Switzerland, France, the United States, Germany and a large offer of Belgian beers. You can find very different brewed beers (sometimes vintage), some of which are very original like these Polish beers IPA Mango & Kiwi or Lemon & Grapefruit, Double Gose.

HVE certified, this superb estate has been run from father to son for over 250 years. Hertz wines are made from grapes grown exclusively on the estate. Some cuvées (such as the fabulous Pinot Gris Grand Cru Rangen) are aged in the historic cellars of the Hospices de Strasbourg. Bruno will show you around his beautiful ^16th-century cellar, before you taste fine nectars such as this Sylvaner Hospices de Strasbourg 2020, awarded one star in the Guide Hachette. There's the natural sparkling wine, Bulle de Michèle, with its fine, fresh bubbles, and the Muscat, Jardin de Paul, with its fruity, concentrated nose and rich, full-bodied mouthfeel.
