Pioneer of the spirit food truck for over 20 years, Laure puts sun in your meals with his home paellas! Throughout the year, she holds a booth on various markets in the region (places and dates on his website) and also book at home. Laure also provides catering service for receptions or family celebrations: it moves on board its truck to your home with all the necessary equipment. Choose the paella that suits you: classic, greedy or royal (with lobster and snuff). Delicious rice with golden saffron oil and broth cooked, mussels, calamars, shrimp and chicken legs: The Laure Paellas will be unanimous with your guests (up to 300 people!). As a bonus, Laure will be happy to concocve a house sangria! To finish your meal on a fresh and sweet touch, Laure now offers delicious Bavarian fruit: strawberries, raspberries, pears, white peaches, lemons, mangoes, pineapple, passion fruit, mandarins or in piña colada version visited, there are for all tastes!
