Domaine Armand Gilg has been family-run since 1937. Certified organic, this beautiful 30-hectare estate pampers its vines to produce wines firmly rooted in their terroirs. On the estate, in the ^16th-century cellars, you can swirl your glass to taste, among others, a superb Sylvaner Grand Cru Zotzenberg (the only Grand Cru appellation in Alsace) or a lovely Muscat from the Les Spontanés range (wines with no added inputs or sulfites). We also offer a full range of festive Alsace crémants!

In front of a small square where local children play, this butcher's store remains a true artisanal boutique of the kind rarely found today. At Wittmann et Brand, you can step back in time to an era when the butcher's trade was a kind of nobility. Here, the craft is know-how, and we know how to prepare and process meat, and have been doing so since 1923. The fine, tasty veal is raised with its mother, and the beef comes from the Territoire de Belfort. Charcuterie fans come here to buy pork sausages, Fleischnackas and other cochonnailles.

The Bannwarth family has been harvesting the fruit of 16 hectares of vines for 4 generations. While all regional grape varieties are vinified, the estate has a predilection for Gewurztraminer "L'Expression du Terroir" and crémant. The grapes are harvested by hand, pneumatically pressed and vinified in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing on fine lees. A tasting session will provide you with information about the soils and their influence on the wine and its aromas.

While the establishment has kept the famous oven that made its reputation, the windows now showcase Pauline Arrigault's magnificent pastry creations in an invitingly gourmet setting. The former home of the Grandfontaine ironmaster is now home to the Framont craft brewery. Christelle and Mathieu Zoeller are the ^11th generation of winegrowers who have been looking after this estate for 4 centuries. They manage their 11.5 hectares of vines, including 4 hectares located on the Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, in organic agriculture. Their wines are fruity and rich, their late harvests and their selections of noble grains make superb wines to keep. The Zoeller family welcomes you for a tasting, a visit of their domain or for the winegrower's picnic. And then there is the superb cellar with its impressive vaulted ceiling!

The Freudenreich family have been winegrowers since 1730! The estate covers 8.5 hectares. Some parcels are located in the Bergweingarten area (renowned for its clay-limestone soils), and Côte de Rouffach. The vines are ploughed, and vinified using indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels. In the cellar, Christophe gives full expression to the identity of the terroir specific to each of the wines he crafts with inexhaustible passion. These are fine, elegant, well-balanced wines, always very fresh.

In Coulomnes-la-Montagne, come and discover the winery, presses and cellars of Maison Ponson, "Creators of Champagne for 5 generations". Proud of his heritage, Maxime Ponson now runs the estate, which is run using sustainable viticulture methods. The 13.5-hectare vineyard, spread over 5 Premier Cru villages, is planted on clay-limestone soils, giving its exceptional champagnes a unique character. Our favorite is Cuvée Rosé des Gentes Dames, an exquisite champagne with a delicious candy-pink color!
