As for the bakery, her husband Anthony, a baker from grandfather to grandson, takes care of the breads. The founder of this artisanal distillery is creatively inspired by beautiful ancestral practices. Located in a beautifully renovated barn, the distillery has a sublime still designed especially for it. Florian Gil distills 100% Alsatian gin in 3 versions: Pin Up Wings (gold medal at the Lyon 2020 International Competition), Rose des Vents (Alsatian juniper and saffron) and Super Broussard (coriander, citrus, thyme and rosemary). Good to know: Florian organizes workshops on appointment to create your own gin!

Mulhouse Ville is now home to a small, entirely organic store where bobos and others will no longer need to travel to the outskirts. A wide choice of selected products in a small 113 m² space: 100% organic products, often local, and a large selection of fruit, vegetables and fresh produce. Short distribution channels are an integral part of the brand's strategy. For example, the Mulhouse Centre store and its big brother in Riedisheim offer vegetables from the Horrenberger farm and bread and pastries from Hirose.

Véronique and Jean-Léon Kretz have been sharing their love of fresh bread with their loyal customers in the Ladhof district for 10 years. This globe-trotting baker has taken advantage of his travels to learn about different methods of making the famous daily bread. He offers a wide range of traditional and speciality breads, brioches, viennoiseries, home-made pastries and bredalas. For lunch, the range of sandwiches on offer is both varied and tempting. And every Tuesday, from 6pm to 8:30pm, he prepares traditional wood-fired pizzas.

The first traces of this family of winegrowers date back to 1680. Since then, generations have succeeded one another, Philippe Brun and Antoine, his son, are determined to perpetuate the tradition. Philippe took over the reins in 2000 with his wife Alexandra. Together, they continue to run the 10-hectare estate and produce traditional cuvées and a special vintage, produced each year according to the vintage and inspiration. It is the oldest family business producing preserved fruit in France. Since 1921, 4 generations of the Beyer family have succeeded each other at the head of the Alsatian company. Thanks to the quality of its products and its traditional know-how, it offers different products such as jams and fruit preserves. Its latest innovation? Supported by their son Sébastien, Jean-Louis and Fabienne Mann manage this 12.5-hectare family estate, which is certified AB and biodynamic. The Laurent family practices organic dairy farming. Here, you will discover the profession of breeder, the farm animals (cows, horses, pigs). Through the windows of the cheese dairy, you will witness the different phases of cheese making. You will also be able to participate in the milking of the dairy. Before you leave, fill up on good organic products! Tchic (fresh white cheese of the day), munster, barkass, raclette, faisselle, yoghurts... You will also find products from the Ferme Laurent at L'Échoppe Paysanne in Ribeauvillé.

Since 1948, this estate is the pride of the Krick family. With a surface area of 14 ha, it extends partly on the Grand Cru du Hengst in Wintzenheim as well as on the communes of Ingersheim, Colmar, Turckheim and Wihr-au-Val. This great variety of soils allows the Hubert Krick estate to produce the whole range of Alsace wines (sylvaner, pinot blanc, riesling, muscat, pinot gris, gewurztraminer and pinot noir), as well as late harvest wines, Sélections de Grains Nobles and Crémants (brut, rosé, blanc de noirs) of excellent quality.

This family estate has been practicing viticulture since the ^17th century on 8 hectares. "Very small estate, great Alsace wines" is the motto of the Kurtyka family, settled in Bergheim. Its 4 hectares are cultivated since 1993 in integrated agriculture. The wines are made as naturally as possible, without the addition of yeast or intervention during fermentation. The "Tradition" and "Terroir" ranges, the Grands Crus and Vendanges Tardives are sold after a long stay in the cellar. The former home of the Grandfontaine ironmaster is now home to the Framont craft brewery. Here, French malts and Alsatian hops meet boiling mine spring water to produce a nectar which, once cooled and fermented, is called beer. Here you'll find delicious, full-flavored productions that are a welcome change from those of more famous breweries. While you'll find the classics in every color, you'll love the original creations in a wide range of flavors.

This estate is relatively young compared to the Alsatian average! It adheres to the Vinabio charter and is certified Demeter since the 2012 harvest. The house produces the whole range of Alsace wines as well as Crémants d'Alsace and remarkable Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles. Since the 17th century, the Simonis estate has been passed down from generation to generation. It has been managed for more than 20 years now by Jean-Marc Simonis, assisted by his wife. The estate cultivates the range of 7 Alsatian grape varieties as well as the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf, a jewel of the Ammerschwihr vineyard. It is a small farm of 5 ha which wisely produces fine and balanced wines by practicing sustainable viticulture. Crémants d'Alsace are produced in white from Auxerrois as well as in rosé from pinot noir. Wines from the terroir of the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf are made in Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and even in a blend of both in order to combine the freshness and balance of Riesling with the aromatic palette of Gewurztraminer. The estate participates in the "Picnic at the Winegrower's" operation, which takes place every Whit Monday. Since 1737, the Halbeisen family has been managing this 13-hectare vineyard estate from generation to generation with passion and good humour. Plots of land on the Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim, but also on the localities of Buehl, Pflaenzer, Haguenau, Brandhurst and a few others, enable the estate to produce 75,000 bottles of wine from the 7 Alsatian grape varieties, year in, year out. He passionately runs his family estate of 12 ha which benefits from a wide range of terroirs due to its distribution over 4 communes. He manages his vines using environmentally friendly viticulture and produces fine quality wines with an undeniable character. He vinifies the 7 Alsatian grape varieties in 6 ranges: Tradition, Special Cuvées, Grands Crus, Late Harvest, Crémants d'Alsace. During your visit, you will be able to discover a Muscat Elégance (fresh and fruity), a Pinot Noir Rouge de Rouge (nose of red fruits and cherries, tannin with a woody side) or a superb Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives (notes of candied fruits and pineapple, very good ageing potential). But Michel Froehlich is not only a skilled winegrower: he is also a seasoned beekeeper who markets a fine collection of Alsace honeys from his Apiary in the Kastenwald!

As early as 1945, the Dietrichs cultivated the 7 Alsatian grape varieties in Kaysersberg. Their son Jean-Jacques expanded the estate to 13 hectares. The estate has received the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification thanks to its reasoned wine production, on grassed plots and with hand harvesting. At the turn of the year 2000, the Westhalten cellar and the Heim House became part of the Bennwihr cellar. Founded in 2016, this young estate is the fruit of the union of the Hirsinger family and Maison Jean Freudenreich. Daniel Hirsinger, his sister Catherine and Raphaël Marchal run their biodynamic estate to produce organic wines rooted in their terroir with minimal inputs in both vineyard and cellar. A visit to the cellar, lined with light wood panelling and housed in a new building on the edge of the vineyards, also clad in wood, is a must. Here, you can sit at the bar or in an armchair to enjoy fine vintages in a cosy atmosphere!

Visiting this domain, in a quiet street of Mittelwihr, you will meet the winemaker of the year 2023 named by the Guide Hachette, Laurent Scheidecker. He has been running the family estate in organic conversion of 12 ha for almost 10 years with passion and brio. During a tasting in the cellar dedicated to Laurent's father's vinification, choose the Riesling Grand Cru Sporen 2020, three stars in the Guide Hachette, with a nose of ripe fruits and a straight and mineral mouth.

Félix Meyer, ancestor of the Félix who runs the estate today, emigrated from Switzerland to Katzenthal in 1732. Today, the 18.5 hectares of vines are on the Grands Crus Wineck-Schlossberg, Kaefferkopf, Furstentum, Sporen and Schoenenbourg, as well as several lieux-dits. They produce a wide range of good wines: Reserve wines, Grands Crus and Lieux-Dits, Late Harvest and Sélection de Grains Nobles.
