Foie gras is at the heart of these morning cooking workshops: enjoy delicious dishes between and at lunchtime invite your family or friends to share the dishes you have cleverly prepared! One of the dishes to cook is the gras of fatty liver bowl in late harvest, mushrooms of mushrooms and fatty liver chips, growing in fatty liver, foie gras pan in pear crumbled, grenadin of calf to foie gras and ceps…

The Fun Parc Brumath welcomes you around its lake with a multitude of activities: Accrobranche, paintball, mini-golf, aquapark, treasure hunt, orienteering, trampolines, archery, watercrafts... And the novelty 2022 still unseen in the region: a 5-pulley water ski lift! Wakeboarding and water skiing at last in the Bas-Rhin! Enjoy also the straw huts by the lake, a beach restaurant, bars with rooftop terraces and on stilts, feet in the water, ideal for relaxing on fine sand!

At the foot of the Waldeck forest lies the Société hippique de Mulhouse. Teenagers, Shetland riders, owners, beginners and walkers all rub shoulders here... Strasbourg's craziest course! Ideal for training, letting off steam or challenging yourself, Ninja Storm is a subtle combination of climbing, gym and accrobranche, inspired by the TV show Ninja Warrior. Don't panic, both young and old are welcome on the different courses, and the difficulties vary so that everyone can find something to enjoy together. This gym, the only one of its kind in France, is a fun way to work out, test your strength and have fun, without getting bogged down in pointless, uninteresting exercises. What's more, if you come in a group, you can challenge each other!

A real paradise for knitting and crochet lovers, this huge barn located near the Espace Entreprise contains thousands of balls. In the bins there are all sorts of wools: soft, classic, twisted, multicoloured or even glittery. All colours and textures are present. In this shop, you will also find accessories to make clothes and comforters in wool. La Grange à Laine will propose you various brands and types of yarns (alpaca, cashmere, mohair, silk...). A large choice, on more than 500 m², and a good quality-price ratio. All the ingredients are at your disposal, to make your creations.

The Intercommunity ice rink of Epinal, whose structure was completely renovated in 2011, keeps all its promises. Numerous theme evenings are organized throughout the year to satisfy everyone's tastes. The rink can accommodate 2,500 people in the stands with the new stand. A bar-restaurant allows the less athletic to relax while watching the rink from the corner of the eye. It should be noted that the field hockey club of which the Spinaliens are so proud has returned to its roots.

Discover the world of silence with this association created in 1995 by scuba diving enthusiasts! There is no doubt about it: it is affiliated with the very official Fédération Française d'Etudes et de Sports Sous- (FFESSM)! Its instructors provide training courses every Friday from 20 a. m. to 22 p. m. at the nautical stadium. Colmar Evasion Diving (CEP) also organizes outdoor outings to allow you to confirm your achievements in swimming pool. It should also be noted that the CEP offers free diving baptisms as well as summer animations for children in particular. Between nature and sensations, this park in the middle of the forest reinvents itself every year. The rates now include all activities in unlimited (except adult paintball). A multitude of activities are offered: archery, trampoline, quads, Segway, pony rides, climbing... and for adrenaline, the Ejector is just right! Since this summer, the park is equipped with the biggest Waterjump area in Eastern France with 16 slides in a brand new 4-meter deep pool, to go beyond your limits with family or friends.

Club Mulhouse Aviron offers 11 sessions a week with qualified instructors and plenty of new equipment donated by members. Every evening from 5pm to 6:30pm or 6:30pm to 8pm, as well as on Saturdays from 2pm to 4pm, join our members in a friendly atmosphere. A "sport santé" section is even very active within the club. Their members emphasize that "it's a very complete sport, very gentle, without jerks. What I like about rowing is that it's a team sport, so you have to be in sync on the water".

At 23 km from Troyes, golf stands in the heart of the regional natural park of the East Forest. The golf of the Orient Forest, with its 18 holes, its fairways in a green haven, allows to practice this passion in a varied environment where harmoniously marries forests, plains and ponds. For the pleasure of the eyes and the game, this golf course has been designed for all. We also enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere of the hotel, with summer courses in July and August for children, 3 days. Paris is only 2 a. m. and the lake is 20 minutes away.

Fishing without a permit is what we propose in this site where trout are not relying on one hand alone. For sure, it bites, thanks to regular swane in this 2,5 ha pond. Fishers bring the equipment or supply to the shop: live and vegetable bait, canes and other shots, there is everything you need! When the clock rings, the pause is at the bar, around a glass and a sandwich, and for the picnic, spaces are planned.

The Hautes-Vosges Greenway is a real treasure nestled in the heart of nature. Stretching over 53 kilometers of former railroad tracks in the Moselle-Moselotte valleys, this multi-purpose trail offers a shared space for walkers, cyclists, rollerbladers and even cross-country skiers on wheels. The starting point is the Remiremont lake, from where two trails unfold: one towards Cornimont and the other towards Bussang.

Pure nature, here, there is everything to please young and old. Straddling the Meurthe-et-Moselle and the Vosges, these two lakes offer many outdoor activities: adventure park, bungee jumping, flying over the Pierre-Percée lake in a tyrol cable at more than 50 km/h, banana boat, paintball, go-karting, mountain bike and canoe rental, inflatable games for the little ones, without forgetting fishing and the leisure center of the Plaine lake where swimming is allowed.

Inaugurated in 1935, the municipal stadium takes the name Auguste Delaune only after the Second World War. Completely rebuilt between 2002 and 2008, it is now a "English" stadium with galleries very close to the lawn.

Founded in 1931, Stade de Reims became one of the biggest French clubs in the 1950s thanks to its prestigious list of achievements. In 1956, the Remois club won the first final in the history of the Champions League against Real Madrid. With emblematic footballers such as Raymond Kopa and Just Fontaine at his helm, he won the hearts of the French and remained at the top until 1979. Then it was the decline and fall in 1991. A year later, the club was reborn from the ashes. Ranked in division 9, Reims Stadium has not forgotten anything about its glorious past and is counting on its young players to win back the elite and reach the top league in 2012, the promise of a promising future!

On foot or by bike, the 23 km signposted route (accessible to all levels) follows the course of the River Orne as closely as possible. A bucolic landscape and judicious layout allow you to discover this former iron and steel valley. Some footbridges have been renovated and others created to take you from one bank to the other. Take advantage of the beauty of the surroundings for a picnic stop or a moment of contemplation. For soccer fans, you'll pass by the Joeuf stadium where Platini scored his first goals. You're all set for a lovely stroll.
