A showcase shop from which you can see the chef officer in his workshop in the back shop, where he elaborates his creations from 17 cocoa crus and carefully selected ingredients, from Sicilian pistachios to Piedmont hazelnuts, Valencia almonds, Lebanese orange blossom and products from Madame Izrael for her chocolates with 5 peppers and spices.

The Parfait brothers, in a family tradition that goes back three generations, sell their handcrafted, quality harvests in Coyviller (Ferme des Fruitiers), Laître-sous-Amance (Croix du Jard) and Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy. Depending on the season, find strawberries, blueberries, red currants, raspberries (free picking in summer), mirabelle plums, quetsches, apples (free picking from the end of August to mid-October), lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, etc. Fruit juices, jams, jellies and preserves come from 25 regional producers.
