Entirely renovated, his pastry shop located on the edge of the Champ de Mars offers you sublime creations that shine by their originality: cakes, pure butter pastries, chocolates, macaroons, cakes and other petits fours. In the tea room, you can sit down for breakfast or a midday snack: dishes of the day, sandwiches and other quiches or pies. For a snack, you can enjoy a lightning bolt, a raspberry or a mille-feuille accompanied by a good coffee or a thirst-quenching tea. Throughout the festive season (Carnival, Easter, Christmas...), adorable moulds fill young and old gourmands with wonder (take a look at the Facebook page!). This know-how is also to be discovered on the Avenue d'Alsace where a second shop has been set up offering the same products and the same quality of service. When it comes to catering, Charles Schmitt is also unbeatable: his small canapés as well as his sweets, cakes and set pieces rival each other in imagination and audacity in their presentation. Cliente fidèle depuis de nombreuses années, cela me désole MAIS la fille des patrons est vraiment désagréable.
Je n'avais pas fait attention les autres fois, pensant que c'était le fruit du hasard. Mais en fait, elle ne dit pas bonjour aux clients, baisse la tête et évite le regard des clients.
Une fois ça peut arriver mais au bout de 6 fois, maintenant j'ai compris !
Madame, avoir un commerce signifie d'être polie et aimable avec ses clients, toutes sortes confondues.
