Jérôme Mendelin manages this beautiful vineyard according to the principles of environmentally-friendly agriculture (HVE certification). With undiminished passion, he produces fine cuvées that you'll be delighted to discover during your visit. The new cellar is truly sublime, and offers a host of new discoveries: wine and sophrology, wine and cheese, and tasting sessions with the winemaker. The experience is pushed to the limit in this beautiful house, where wine is not simply drunk: here, it's lived with passion!

My friend and I did a walk-in tasting and tour with Rowan and it was a remarkable and memorable experience. Everyone is extremely passionate and well-informed about the whole wine making process and eager to share it with you. They are proud of their wine, as they should be! It was both educational and and enjoyable and I would highly recommend it!

We kwamen op de bonnefooi waarbij ik hoopte dat men tijd voor ons had. Helaas, dit was niet het geval. Dus Julia, de tourgids belde een collega wijnbedrijf die ons zou kunnen ontvangen.

Heel erg attent, en hoewel we geen wijn hebben gedronken toch 5 sterren vanwege de betrokkenheid en vriendelijkheid.

Excellente expérience de dégustation de crus alsaciens. Animatrice très sympathique, explications claires, nous n'y connaissions rien..., à recommander !

Vénus entre amis pour une dégustation avec accord vin / fromage. Le propriétaire des lieux prends le temps d’expliquer chacune de ses variantes de vins , passionné et passionnant, le tout dans un cadre décontracté. Nous n’avons pas pu repartir les mains vides ! Encore merci pour l’accueil et votre gentillesse.

Nous avons dégusté les vins de la maison. Lucia explique parfaitement les notes de ses différents vins et les accords gastronomiques possibles. Nous avons passé un agréable moment et avons emporté quelques délices. Nous recommandons vivement cette cave indépendante!
