We told you, this team knows what it's talking about and shows it. This year, they won first prize in the Dairy Products Challenge for the North-East region! Their prize, which hangs prominently in the store, was presented to them at the prestigious Salon des Produits Laitiers in Paris. And because they're keen to pass on their expertise, Vincent, who is part of their team, competed in the Lyre d'Or competition! A team of enthusiasts to advise you and offer you their selections, as well as their creations to seduce your taste buds.

Mille & 1 Fromages is a cheese shop located in Augny. It offers a selection of cheeses created in the tradition, and in particular in their maturing cellar visible in the store. The store favors short circuits and local producers. Here, you will find all types of raclette cheese such as truffle, goat, CBD or grilled onions.
