François Olivier, cheese maker and ripener, has been established in the heart of Rouen for over 20 years. He offers the best regional cheeses, but also cheeses from all over France. His know-how and a very precise choice make his store a place of choice for making a top-of-the-range cheese platter at the time of the holidays or for a family meal. Moreover, it is not by chance that the greatest chefs of the region buy their cheeses here!

Auzou is an institution in Normandy! In the family, we are chocolate from father to son and daughter, since 1918, and we find shops in the arms of the family in Evreux, Rouen, Le Havre, and recently in Amiens, in Picardy. The two main specialties of the house are of course chocolate, which comes here in many delicacies with evocative names such as the Evreux pavement (praline) or Number One (chocolate in a tender heart), but also the macaroons, and their multitude of perfumes, as delicious as the others. From the simple stick to the bread of the mie through the four seasons, the longuet (cheese or bacon) or the woodcutter (ah! This delicately caramel taste…), there is for all bread eaters. Forgotten after the First World War, its recipe was revived by Georges Lautour (also a baker) in 1941. In 1964, his son and son-in-law created the Biscuiterie.
