When you walk through the shop, the smell of smoke will welcome you, and if it whets your appetite, the shop will satisfy all your desires! Elaboration, salting, smoking and boning: Jambons d’Antan ensures the entire production. Everything is good in the pig and even more, after 6 months of preparation in accordance with Norman traditions! Whether the ham is smoked with or without the bone, sliced, half or quartered, braised or white, accompanied by smoked breasts or ham on the bone, it is excellent.

Fermé le samedi après midi !
Déçu, car après consultation des horaires , il s'avère que le fumoir est en réalité fermé le samedi après-midi contrairement aux horaires annoncé. Cette mauvaise information, nous a fait nous claquer le nez sur la porte à 16h, et le lundi après midi, c'était trop tard, le jambon de 12 kg avait tourné. Petite erreur mais conséquence très embêtante...
