Considered by many as one of the best bakeries in Rouen, Christophe Cressent’s establishment has been a hit since it opened in 2010. The baker, elected best worker in France in 2000, took advantage of this recognition to open a second shop in the Saint-Marc district. On its shelves, a wide variety of special breads, but also and above all pastries, the gourmet sin of the house, including the unavoidable éclairs in various flavours. It is not difficult, everything is excellent, the simple baguette until the individual cakes (large cakes to order) via the special breads and many other specialities; the best proof, it is the tail every Sunday morning on the pavement... The quality and originality are there, that fresh ingredients, everything is made on site with talent. Staff is impeccable, you feel a good atmosphere in the company; Christophe Cressent and his wife Alice are very friendly and affordable, real fans.
