Beer enthusiasts all know this place with an easy-to-remember name: Beerz. Here, no less than 500 references of beer, 30 of cider, and about twenty references of spirits are proposed to you by Christelle, the mistress of the place. It is possible to taste on the spot, inside or on the terrace, with or without boards. The place, which aims to be a beer academy, also proposes workshops around the famous beverage, all in an educational and pleasant atmosphere. A choice and advice of great quality, we validate!

Well-known to Caennais locals, this Case has been serving up delicious beverages since 2005. Just imagine: over 1,500 references of beers, wines, champagnes and spirits from Normandy, France and Navarre! A great cellar, but not only! La Case is also a great place to dine in collaboration with local food trucks. Each day has its own special treat: on Monday, Thai cuisine with Wok-a-Noodle-Doo; on Tuesday, burgers with C'est Quoi Ce Truck; on Thursday, vegetarian cuisine with Greedy Guts... A witty place for smart drinkers! Julien cherishes his cellar, housed in a 1960s-style former garage. A visit to his den is a real experience: 700 references, with a slight penchant for Languedoc! We love the special offers, the weekend wines, the invaluable advice and the reasonable prices. The Norman terroir is showcased: Roger Groult's Réserve Ancestrale (served at the Élysée Palace, please!), Père Jules, cider from Jocelyne and Pascal Breton (well and truly Norman!)... These are just a few of the delicacies you'll want to try.

Along the pretty roads of Auge, you must stop here! Père Jules was born just after the First World War, when Jules Desfrièches was selling cider from the Auge region to Le Havre. After the farm cider, Jules started distilling to make Calvados. The reputation and excellence of the beverage are passed on by word of mouth, from generation to generation. Today, Guillaume is the fourth to carry the family flag. Calvados from 3 to 40 years old, cider, pommeau and perry: give in to the temptation of a tasting.

For almost 30 years, this independent wine merchant has been taking us on a journey to the heart of the vineyards, overlooking... the sea, the lighthouse and the port. Over 300 wines from the best grape varieties of our terroirs in this Ali-Baba (rne) cellar, 90% of them from small growers. Local wines (do you know Coteaux du Giennois?) or grands crus, spirits, ciders, beers from local brewers, rums from overseas and elsewhere, there's something for every palate and every budget. There's nothing flashy about it, but the presentation is neat and tidy, with regular new arrivals.

This is a winery whose reputation has spread far beyond the borders of Argentan! A true mastermind behind this fine establishment, Marc Pottier makes it a point of honour to meet producers of reasoned, natural or biodynamic wines. Here, we share, exchange, make wonderful discoveries and feel good. Local products, such as calvados and other ciders and perries, are also on offer here. The sign says, "The cellar of tasteful French producers": it's true!

À La Conscience du Sommelier has recently undergone a facelift, and the wine cellar is going strong! The new owner is determined to breathe new life into the cellar... sorry, a new wind! Since its inauguration on the day of the Beaujolais Nouveau, the cellar's projects have continued to multiply: first and second growths from our great wine regions, en primeur wines... This is an excellent place to indulge yourself while strolling through downtown Bernay.

Housed in an old half-timbered farmhouse (^17th-18th centuries) surrounded by a rose garden and kitchen garden, Pressoir d'Or comprises a farm, a 27-hectare orchard and a cellar. In the cellar, you'll have the opportunity to discover the tools used in the past to process apples. On foot, by tractor or by coach, immerse yourself in the passionate world of this producer and discover the different ways to enjoy apples: in cider, in apple juice, but also in the form of jellies, jams or preserves...

After a long period on Rouen's left bank, Au Coeur des Vignes moved to Bonsecours a few years ago. The store still offers a superb selection of wines from all regions of France. Although he specializes more in Rhône and Languedoc, the shopkeeper readily admits to having a weakness for Burgundy, and increasingly for the Loire. His selection of over 200 wines caters for all budgets, as he also knows how to find local wines at affordable prices.

For lovers of good wine, the Pierre Noble cellars are a must-see. Run by a passionate man, Frédéric Emeraud, the establishment immerses you in this universe where dresses, thighs and bouquets are revealed to those who are willing to take the trouble. Wine and champagne lovers will enjoy tasting the productions of small owners as well as those of the greatest houses. You will be able to find your happiness among the fifty references of whiskies, the accessories of tasting, the gift boxes...

A wine merchant who seduces by his kindness, his love of wine and his... bottle! Head sommelier of the Drouant restaurant for 20 years, member of the Association des Sommeliers de Paris, Nicolas Loubère is a great oenologist. In his sober and elegant wine cellar - where a few autographed photos of his Parisian past are displayed - he advises with his great experience, while charging low prices. Nicolas favours independent winemakers. Great classics, great vintages, great finds, Drouant champagne (exclusive), spirits and tasting evenings!

The activity of the Coquerel estate lies in the manufacture, storage and marketing of AOC Calvados and Pommeau. The visit of the domain, nestled in a green corner of the bocage, will allow you to discover the secrets of the manufacturing of this emblematic drink of Normandy. You will be impressed by the quantity of apples brewed, by the cellars where 10,000 hectolitres of Calvados are aged, enough to turn your head. Visits and tastings can be made here all year round: there is no shortage of beautiful proposals.

Aux Délices de Laurie is first and foremost a purple front, with golden writings... Here is a chic and charming delicatessen, which enchants the heart of Saint-Pierre. Here, greed is not a bad thing! To succumb to it, Laurie offers you products from our sunny region! You will also find spices, teas, coffees, syrups, oils, vinegars, vanillas, chocolates, cakes... At noon, the place becomes a nice little brasserie with a simple but efficient menu, and in the afternoon, the shop is also a tea room!

An essential producer on the Cider Route! It is impossible to pass through Cambremer without visiting one of the most beautiful and ancient cider cellars in Normandy, founded in 1865 by François Huet. The techniques have evolved, the installations too, but the recipe remains the same, rich in know-how and ancestral transmission.
