Domaine Armelle et Bernard RION is a winery offering a wide selection of quality wines. It is preferable to make an appointment before visiting. For other destinations, information on transport costs will be provided. The estate also offers corporate gifts on request.

This wine cooperative is the youngest in the vineyard, with 17 winegrowers and some 40 hectares covering the Côtes du Jura, Etoile and Château-Chalon. The whites are the most important with 80% of the vineyard in chardonnay and savagnin. The annual production is around 2,200 hectoliters. The culture is more than reasoned, an orientation turned towards the bio since even the residues of treatment are recycled on the spot. Do not hesitate to discover the crémants du Jura. An approach of excellence for a land of character.

Yassine Amrouni created his micro-enterprise in 2014 to achieve his dream: to produce distinctive, naturally sparkling and balanced beers. An advocate of organic, his beverages are unfiltered, unpasteurized and all made from rigorously chosen ingredients. In his South Jura region, his production has successfully intensified. His recipes are made according to his favourite recipes. 4 variants are available (blonde, amber, white and brown), all certified AB by Ecocert. Finish your tasting with a panel of the most unexpected infusions.

The son of winegrowers who carried their harvest from generation to generation to the local cooperative, Jean-Michel Petit became independent in 1990. For a long time in the practice of integrated pest management with manual harvesting, he has been farming organically since 2012; chemical weeding in particular has been abolished since 2004. Each hillside of the 7 hectares of the farm is managed separately in order to respect its identity. Fascinated by the work of the vine and the wine, he sometimes organises outings to discover the terroirs, the grape varieties and the winegrowers' know-how, glass in hand, with a traditional meal at the end. This year our preference was for a 100% chardonnay crémant brut. A geyser of bubbles oriented by a vigorous cord, a nose of plums "queen claude" and a suppleness in the mouth that invites to be served again for fear of forgetting it. No, it's a joke. It will delight you in any case, even when tasted alone.

Don't look for a "standard" wine from him. For Dominique Poitou, who works with all the grape varieties of the Jura, the strength of the Revermont wines is first and foremost their unique character. Settled in Saint-Lothain since 1973, he cleared a good part of his 4 ha before planting his vineyard. He is an ambassador for the Jura region and the know-how of the region's winegrowers. The philosophy of the house is to give time to time and twenty years later, these liquid nuggets have not aged a bit. You must taste their yellow wine!

Fayyar is a microbrewery created in 2020 in the heart of one of the great wine villages of the Auxerrois. Simon, Romain and Élise offer you their organic and local beers. Do not hesitate to go and taste them; they are worth the detour! Above all, you can also visit the place and discover the work of these young and friendly brewers. By appointment, they will show you the raw materials used, but also all the stages of production along their beautiful cellars of the XIVth century. With a tasting at the end, of course!

This cooperative was founded in 1906 and was one of the first in France. It has 130 winegrowers, 2 cellars in Arbois and 3 others in the region: Arc-et-Senans, Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux and Poligny (Caveau des Jacobins). Cellar visits with tastings take place in the summer. In addition, there are summer Thursdays (visits, food and wine pairing evenings), tailor-made workshops (tasting of Savagnin and vertical yellow wine) and, to conclude, the discovery of the vineyards by bicycle.

Direction Vosne-Romanée, to Domaine Nicole Lamarche, in existence since 1797. The 7.5-hectare estate has been run by Nicole Lamarche since 2006. Long since switched to organic farming (2010), the results are there, with ultra-prestigious wines like the exceptional "La Grande Rue Monopole", located next to the world-famous Domaine de la Romanée-Conti plot. Premiers Crus and some Villages and Bourgogne appellations. No visits possible except in exceptional cases (by appointment only, as few wines are for sale). Exceptional address.

La Conseillerie des Tonneliers, created by Claude Siegrist in 1978 in Beaune, has the will to put forward beautiful wines of winegrowers. For 44 years, the best vintages of Burgundy and other regions of France have been sought after like nuggets for the professional network, tourists and locals. Real treasures, 1 000 selected references, an online sales site and a superb cellar. Yvan, his son, and Laetitia, his granddaughter, are passionate about the diversity of the terroirs, and are committed to creating emotion through accessible wines at estate prices.

Here you can find irancy and palotte palotte, a more careful, robust and powerful wine. These wines are not filtered during bottling. You can also buy rosé burgundy. Nice welcome.

Covering 16 hectares, the Cantin estate works with respect for nature and tradition. The harvest is done by hand, guaranteeing quality and richness of aromas. Their wines, Bourgogne Passetoutgrain, Bourgogne rosé and Irancy are found on the best tables. With the variety that can be had in Irancy: indeed, the recognized parcels are named on the label as the famous Palotte or the Grande Côte. Note also that the domain has a very nice gîte (the Jacques Germain Soufflot) with 6 rooms.

Domaine Duvernay in Mercurey is particularly welcoming, with its glass-enclosed boutique cellar overlooking the vines. It's also a young domaine, founded in 1970 by Jean Duvernay, the grandfather who dug his cellar in the stone at the foot of his house. Today, it's his son Jean-Luc and granddaughter Floriane who share the work. The domaine cultivates 20 ha of vines in the Coteaux bourguignons, Crémant, Aligoté, Mercurey white and red appellations, including the flagship Mercurey rouge^1er Cru Le Clos l'Évêque.

Frédérique and Hervé, winemakers at Domaine Fillon in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, invite you to discover their excellent production in a beautiful store located in the heart of Chablis. Wines from Chablis and Auxerrois (whites, reds and rosés from chardonnay, pinot noir, sauvignon and aligoté grapes), but also fruit juices always in season (with cherries, for example). Not to mention the local products from small local producers.

For François Mossu, the love of the vine counts more than the glory. He knew how to transmit his passion to his daughter Alexandra with whom he has recently associated. They provide the best of what their vines produce. Authenticity and know-how: Mossu's straw wine, which connoisseurs call "the Pope", has been awarded many gold medals at the Concours Général de Paris, and twice the Prix d'Excellence. But the yellow wine is not in rest, its château-chalon of anthology, will delight without question the amateurs. A sure value!

François-Xavier Vitrac oversees this Haut-Doubs institution. 4 generations of know-how have created famous beverages such as the fir bud liqueur or the famous Pontarlier-Anis with green anise. Here again, absinthe is now also available as a liqueur. New products include Sapont, a Pontarlier with fir buds, and a book. And the taster's panoply of eaux-de-vie, cocktails and semi-confit fruits. The Distillerie has been awarded the "Entreprise du patrimoine vivant" (Living Heritage Company) distinction.

La Kanopée is a microbrewery born from the passion of Thierry Kniebiher. The bar-terrace area adjacent to the brewery allows visitors to taste the beers on site. In 2024, 6 beer recipes are permanently available, with a clear brewing preference for Pale Ale. In addition to this permanent collection of quality beers, Thierry creates new recipes according to the season or his inspiration of the moment. You'll find an incredible Cacao-Griottes Stout, an organic blackcurrant beer from Burgundy or even the unmissable Christmas beer!

As part of the Burgundy Wine Route, the domaine of Marc Jambon et fils is an ideal stopping-off point for a vineyard tour and cellar tasting. The domaine is a family business dating back to 1750. In early 2017, the team expanded, with Michel PRUDHON joining Pierre-Antoine at the head of the domaine and Marc gradually acclimatizing to his retirement. The domaine's production includes Bourgogne aligoté and Mâcon Pierreclos white wines, Pouilly-Vinzelles and Mâcon Pierreclos red wines, and a selection of dry and sweet vins de France that contribute to the domaine's reputation. The estate also organizes gourmet tastings for groups. A few meters or kilometers further on, you can admire the Roche de Solutré, the prehistory museum or the Vergisson menhir. Run by the passionate winegrower Marc Soyard, the Domaine de la Cras has belonged to the Grand Dijon since 2013. The 160 ha estate is located on the plateau between Dijon, Plombières and Corcelles-Les-Monts. The estate has 8 ha of vines planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Each year, the Grand Dijon obtains no less than 2,000 bottles from the estate. The long-term goal is to obtain the Côte de Dijon appellation. Open to visits by appointment, you will be warmly welcomed in a natural environment with a breathtaking view.

In Préhy, this estate produces Chardonnay for the Bourgogne and Chablis appellations, Sauvignon for the Saint-Bris AOC and Pinot Noir for Irancy, all with the HEV label. You can discover them (and taste local produce) in their Chablis cellar. In addition, 2 superb gîtes are available in Préhy. And soon, a beautiful hotel in the center of Chablis: the emblematic Hôtel Bergerand is being renovated and will soon be transformed into the Hôtel Gueguen!

Starting in 1988, Gérard Villet was already banking on organic farming. He became the first winegrower in Arbois to choose this approach, following in the footsteps of Pierre Overnoy. This relationship with the environment and the objective of quality have always animated him with accessible prices. Which is far from always being the case! The estate occupies 5.4 hectares in 7 clos: Les Bodines, Petit Genevret, Les Corvées, Les Nouvelles... The Villet's also work in a spirit of conviviality. The wines are certified by Ecocert. All the Jurassian panoply is there as well as the famous yellow wine.

Magali Bernard manages the 18 ha of the family estate. Red coulanges, but also rosé burgundy, white chardonnay, Passetoutgrain and Crémant. A cosy wine bar is also available. You will discover a selection of local products and will be able to savour planks of cooked meats and cheeses coming directly from the producers. Finally, tours are available. From the simplest (but fascinating!) to the historical or gourmet tour. Not to mention the picnic basket to enjoy in the vineyards! We love it.

For generations, the family business has been established on the La Moynerie estate, in the heart of the Pouilly vineyard. From the 40 hectares of vineyards, situated on the hillsides overlooking the Loire, rich and harmonious wines are produced. But the jewel of the vineyard is to be found in the vines planted on the hill of Saint-Andelain, whose clay-siliceous soil gives this minerality to the excellent Pouilly-Fumé. Beautiful vintages and generous wines to discover!

In the center of Poligny, a very contemporary shop does not only sell cheeses. If the store's decay and sign changed, its original vocation remained the same: wine and cheese. There are 90% of biologic and natural wines, including the best of the Jura (yellow wine, macwine, savagnum savagnum…). The sausage of Morteau and the Upper Doubs sausage are the most popular. These treasures of the soil taste on the plates at the same time as the wine tasting at the counter. Founded in 1750, this is one of the oldest houses in Beaune. Michel Bouchard, draper and wine merchant, and later his son Joseph, established the family here. Visit the Hôtel du Conseiller du Roy, a superb residence dating from 1743. The "Discovery" tour includes a sensory, playful and interactive 5-sensory tour, and a tasting of 5 wines that opens the ^18th-century cellars. The "Souvenir" tour includes a Premier Cru and Grand Cru tasting, and you leave with a souvenir bottle. In the boutique, bottles to suit all tastes.

He was a sommelier at the Tour d'Argent in Paris, but also^3rd best young sommelier in France and best young sommelier in Paris. Domaine Sève is a must-see winery in Solutré-Pouilly, Southern Burgundy. With exceptional exposure in a natural prehistoric site classified as a Grand Site de France, the estate offers visitors a unique experience. The estate extends over 20 parcels with a total surface area of 7 hectares70, planted exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. Each Pouilly-Fuissé cuvée has its own personality, the result of 5 generations of winemaking expertise. The estate's white wines, notably Pouilly-Fuissé "Anthilde" and Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, are renowned for their complex fruitiness, minerality and fleshy roundness. The estate offers tours of its authentic cellar, where visitors can taste the different cuvées of Pouilly-Fuissé and Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, while learning about the stages of wine production.

Located in the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Bouard-Bonnefoy is a family-run winery offering a selection of Burgundy wines. With 5 hectares of vines located mainly in Chassagne-Montrachet, but also in the communes of Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet, this estate is run by the fourth generation of the family's winemakers. Since 2006, they have been responsible for all vineyard work, harvesting, vinification and marketing of their wines. The domaine also offers a delivery service.

Domaine Boyer Yves is one of the region's leading wineries. With ten hectares of vineyards spread over several communes, including Meursault, Puligny Montrachet, Auxey Duresses and Pommard, the domaine offers a wide selection of quality wines. Wine lovers will be able to discover the different appellations and enjoy a tasting in a convivial setting. During the event, visitors will be able to taste wines from different wine-growing regions of France, as well as enjoy a gourmet market featuring local gastronomic specialties.

On the hillsides of Préhy, this estate extends over 12 hectares, below which flows the Tot river, which, according to legend, has miraculous virtues. Perhaps the secret of this wine's unique flavors? In any case, when he joined the family estate, Julien Brocard wanted to work the vines "the natural way". This was to be La Boissonneuse, and since then, these wines have entered the ranks of the greats. There are also some very attractive guest rooms on offer.

Brasserie de France, 10,000 hectolitres/year, has created a "Bière Expériences" workshop open to individuals and employees. The concept is simple: 20 people brew their own beer for 4 hours. After 21 days, they get their beer back. Understand the differences between beers, find out what an IPA is... Here's a workshop to make, learn, analyze, but also decipher its tasting and of course enjoy! Julien Mareschal has a solid background in different regions. Installed in 2003, he went organic in 2012. 5 ha planted in côte de Feule have been joined since 2017 by the slopes of Sous la roche, Caillot, Marcette and Ecrins. The vines are aged from 7 to 77 years allowing a multi-generational marriage. The Pupillanais likes to experiment, like this "Vénéon", a ploussard vinified in white. A music lover at his leisure, he also organises "Vinprovisations" evenings, a combination of music and commented tasting.

What kind of serenity is emerging in this area? The beautiful remains pose an invitation to conviviality and the large park with its centuries-old trees gives the same impression. The Big family has always made hospitality a golden rule. Nicole, John's daughter, perpetuates this quality, which is equal to that of the wines produced here. For 30 years, she has added her female score (40,000 to 50,000 passes/year) over ten hectares in the name L 'Etoile. Creuset of Jurassian white wines, with a minerality without comparison, they reveal themselves in a wide range. Of all times, the effervescents cut the lion's share, but the chardonnay, savagnum, straw wine and yellow wine are not left. And what to say about the home liqueur wine named Secret of Montbourgeau. By the way, Montbourgeau made up one of the five hamlets of the commune.

L'Épicerie Comptoir is welcoming, with its trendy decor and delicatessen feel. Here you'll find all your daily essentials: organic bulk produce, condiments and a number of local artisanal products. Bonus: a fine selection of Auxois wines, highlighting the region's little-known know-how. In the beer department, there's La Voûte, brewed under the grocery store where the micro-brewery is located. Of particular note: the attractive coffee and pastry tasting area, and even a daily menu on certain dates.

With Tristan Barreiros, former Paris restaurateur and founder of Bonne Maison, the term "épicerie fine" takes on its full meaning. The company has also been recognized for its quality by the Collège Culinaire de France, created by 15 renowned chefs. Born in the spring of 2023, Bonne Maison is already a great success, notably for its Charolais pastis, which it makes, like other delicacies, on its farm-workshop in La Guiche. Homemade or collected with passion, honeys, oils, jams, spirits and other delicacies are available to take away or taste on site.

Since 1947, Caves Maurin de Dole has been managing no fewer than 600 wines, 400 spirits and 300 beers from all wine-growing regions. You'll find wines from the Jura, Burgundy and elsewhere. Another of the company's strengths: a fine range of whiskies, liqueurs and champagnes. And let's not forget the beer section! Located not far from the Intermarché supermarket, the store is spacious and well organized. And the advice is always sound. In short, this is a store you really must visit! The Flavigny Brewery was created by a group of passionate friends, including Cyril Raveau, Cellar Master and Guillaume Souloumiac, Brewmaster. The brewery is equipped with a state-of-the-art production tool with 14 tanks of 10 hl each, and has a production capacity of 140,000 liters. The beers have the particularity of not having fermentation in the bottle. White, Blonde, IPA, NEIPA and winter beer, there is something for everyone. The brewery has a store, a tasting room and a covered terrace of 300 m² with an incredible view!

Founded in 1864, it is one of the great distilleries of Fougerolles. In 1955, the company started producing morello cherries for chocolate makers, then Griottines® in the 1980s: wild morello cherries macerated in a light syrup with Kirsch, a speciality that is now world-renowned and has won several medals, to be enjoyed with a glass of champagne. The boutique offers nearly 250 references: cherries, raspberries or blackcurrants in liqueur, absinthe, whiskies, all kinds of brandies, fruit creams, and even vodka and pastis.

With 33 vintages of yellow wine and 31 awards, Xavier Reverchon honors the 3 generations that preceded him. His 2011 was again claveliné at the 2021 breakthrough. His 6 ha are dedicated to this exceptional product, the Savagnin. A variety that the Polinois also declines in other vintages with "Les Boutasses" or "La Réserve" for example. The soils are ploughed and the vines are free of insecticides. The unfiltered reds also have their place, including a rare red macvin since 1979. A beautiful and functional cellar that can accommodate up to 60 people.

It all began in 1989, when sixteen local winegrowers set up a joint sales boutique! In one place, you can discover different terroirs and vintages, different winemaking methods, each wine with its own soul, but all the fruit of the winemakers' labor. A great showcase for the local estates, the winegrowers and Pommard. You can feel how attached Delphine is to this land.

At the heart of Romanèche-Thorins for over 130 years, Maison Jacoulot is renowned for the quality of its marcs and fines de Bourgogne. Today at the head of the company, the Vançon family perpetuates its know-how, producing over 120,000 bottles each year by hand. You can visit the cellar, admire the oak barrels and taste the surprising liqueurs. In early 2024, Cavistes & Co magazine named its peppermint liqueur "Liqueur of the Year 2023".

A short while ago, Alexis and Vianney embarked on a crazy adventure: creating a microbrewery in Chablis from Burgundy malts. Their beers are 100% organic, like "Porte Romane", which won the title of "Best Blonde in France". Or "Vintage", a limited series of beers aged in Chablis Premiers and Grands Crus oak barrels. Not forgetting "Rives du Serein", of course. There's a cosy bar where you can discover them all on site. You can also visit the brewery. It's worth noting that many establishments in the region have added Maddam to their menus.

Pontigny is the birthplace of Chablis, thanks to the work of Cistercian monks. The Angst vineyard illustrates this history. Céline and Antoine Angst produce quality wines here. At the entrance to Chablis, the Domaine Long-Depaquit, its superb château and its vast park with century-old trees is an ideal place for a visit and a tasting. Property of the Bichot family, this is one of the most famous and oldest houses in Chablis. It covers a vineyard of 65 hectares, 10 of which are grands crus and 15 are premiers crus. "La Moutonne" (2.32 ha in grand cru) is its standard-bearer. If the weather is good, a ten-minute walk will allow you to admire a superb panorama of the vineyard.

At the foot of the majestic Solutré rock, the Cave des Vignerons des Terres Secrètes unveils wines deeply marked by their terroir. Sometimes from tiny plots, they acquire a distinctive character that sets them apart. The winery is also committed to the environment, through its "Vignerons engagés développement durable" label. Saint-Véran, mâcon verzé, pouilly-fuissé and other local appellations are available for tasting, and vineyard walks are organized in fine weather.

This superb wine estate is located in the heart of the castle of Escolives. A building steeped in history that puts the wine of Coulanges in the spotlight. Here, the tasting and the visit of the superimposed cellars of the ^XVIIth century are to be savored. A pure pleasure! Good to know too: the Domain offers superb guest rooms (one of which includes a balneotherapy) as well as a gîte. And you can even rent bicycles or go on a wonderful tour with electric scooters. The Bersan estate has been renowned (not only in France!) for... 20 generations! Here you will discover magnificent cellars dating from the 11th and 13th centuries, and its 500 m² labyrinth. There, you will see bottles absolutely everywhere, and you will appreciate the incredible vaults that the family has cleared to honour this little known heritage. Many wines are on offer: Côte-d'Auxerre white, red and rosé, Saint-Bris, Irancy, Chablis, crémants and ratafias. A must-see!

The vineyard extends over 46 hectares from Gy to Charcenne, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties available in "Classique" for the youngest vines, "Vieilles Vignes" for vines 25 years old and over, and "Collection Réservée" from a single vine, over 50 years old, on Gy. Winegrowers since 1732, the Guillaume family welcomes you to visit the cellars and estate during Heritage Days. You can also taste their wines at wine and gastronomy fairs.
