Near Vézelay, run to visit the Domaine de Bel-Air managed by Romain Desbrosses who offers here his organic Tannay slopes, IGP. 9 ha in total, to which have been added 6 ha of Château Baron in Brinon-sur-Beuvron. Romain works his wines in an artisanal and subtle way, with a great respect for the environment, using only natural organic fertilizers for a better evolution of the soils and the vines. His Tannay slopes are marvelous. His Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Melon de Bourgogne too. Make an appointment because Romain is often in his vineyards!

Henri and Madeleine Laroche were at the origin of this beautiful estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another and the Laroche family now cultivates 22 hectares of vines: 5 ha in the1er cru Fourchaume, 1.30 ha in1er cru Beauroy, 11 ha in Chablis and 4.50 ha in Petit Chablis. We particularly like the Chablis Saint-Pierre, named after the 12th century church in Chablis, the Chablis1er cru Troësmes, not to mention the Fourchaume, the Fourchaume "L'Homme mort" and the Fourchaume "Héritage".
