The charm of Stéphane and Sandrine Briday's domaine is the pleasure of meeting passionate winemakers whose wines express the body and soul of this pretty corner of the Côte Chalonnaise. It's also the pleasure of discovering a range of affordable wines. Bourgogne, Villages, Premiers Crus red and white from 14 ha of vines stretching between Rully, Bouzeron and Mercurey, mainly Chardonnay. Stéphane, who is sensitive to environmental issues, practices integrated viticulture, respecting precise treatment specifications.

The Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx is a former wine house in Meursault whose owners, winegrowers, merchants and soon to be hotel and restaurant owners at the Hôtel de la Commaraine, are committed to excellence. You are welcomed in a totally and superbly renovated cellar leading to a terrace overlooking the Murisaltian vineyards. Each tasting includes a visit to the cellars and can be accompanied by a VIP snack.

Enjoy a surprising experience as you discover the 7 unusual museums created by Michel Pont, the magnificent 14th-century château, its 17th-century "Petit Château" and its large wooded park, as well as the wines of his estate. The 10.5-hectare family winery in the heart of the Côte de Beaune offers prestigious appellations for sale and tasting on site.

Louis de Belleroche, who took over management of Domaine Lejeune in 2023, looks after 8.7 ha of vines. Converted to organic farming in 2021, they are divided into 9 appellations, with the flagship Pommard Premiers Crus Les Rugiens, Les Poutures and Les Argillières. Its aim is to perpetuate the vineyard by rediscovering "good farming sense". The estate's values of hospitality and sharing remain intact, and the vines are ploughed in part on horseback to reduce soil compaction. The tour takes you into cellars steeped in history.

The Patriarche cellars, built between the 13th and 19th centuries, house over 2 million bottles. The tour takes you through 5 km of galleries with tasting stops. Between its great wines, including the Signature Émotion cuvées, and the access to its heritage promoted by La Grande Visite, Patriarche asserts its status as a great wine tourism house in Burgundy. The shop offers a range of over 300 exceptional wines, regional appellations, 1er Crus, Grands Crus, Crémants..

A winegrower since 1850, with 6 generations of know-how and traditional working methods, Domaine Besancenot is a must. It produces 12 appellations spread over 10 ha of vines, 8 of which are Beaune Premiers Crus! Thérèse, in charge of vinification, welcomes visitors with the same kindness. Treat yourself to an oenology course, a tour of the Beaune climats in the Premiers Crus vineyards or the Tribu tour, a fun family tasting with games and syrups for the kids.

Domaine Philippe Leclerc welcomes you every day to a cellar whose history goes back to 1976, a place whose dimensions you can't imagine! The wines produced from 7.5 hectares of old vines in the Burgundy, Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin appellations, including 4 in^1er Cru, are a credit to the town's reputation. Respect for the land and traditions, integrated viticulture, absence of insecticides, 2 years in oak barrels, characterize wines with a marked typicity. At Domaine Michel Prunier et Fille, Estelle has taken over and continues the family values of hospitality in a cellar refurbished for greater conviviality. The Climats are spread over 12 ha between Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Volnay, Pommard, Chorey-lès-Beaune and Beaune, with 17 characterful crus offering excellent value for money. The domaine also produces a crémant made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté grapes, elaborated and handled on the estate. ^17th-century cellars.

With 22 ha of vines, the Domaine du Lycée Viticole is Beaune's largest winegrowing estate. It is also a place of learning known as "la Viti", a center for experimentation in viticultural and winegrowing techniques, and a veritable skills platform. The vines are in the Beaune appellation, 40% Premiers Crus, and 5 ha are organically grown. The new 1,500 m² winery produces up to 120,000 bottles in an advanced parcel-based production process aimed at excellence.

Domaine Perrin has been committed to organic farming for 20 years. The first requirement of Céline, who is carrying on her family's values for the^5th generation, is to produce organic and AB-certified wines. The second is to offer them at competitive prices. The vineyards are ideally spread over 9 hectares of noble appellations: Ladoix-Serrigny, Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton and Meursault. A warm welcome awaits you in a typical cellar, where Céline will introduce you to her latest vintages during a fascinating tasting session with commentary.

Baptiste Guyot is a young talent on the Côte de Beaune, whose vineyards are spread over 10 hectares: Pommard, Monthelie, Volnay, Pernand-Vergelesses and Beaune. A new 450 m² winery built over the historic cellars in the heart of the Clos Foulot and its wooded park will seduce you. The vines adjoin the winery, and Baptiste and Elise will talk to you about their passion. President of the Beaune Appellation (ODG) and of Saint Vincent's Day, he offers you the chance to stay in 2 pretty guest rooms (20 m² each), ideally located near the center and the Bouzaize park.

The Vitteaut Alberti winery, which specialises in the production of Crémant de Bourgogne and sparkling wines, has been located in the commune of Rully since 1951. Today, Agnès Vitteaut, granddaughter of the founders, is at the head of the company. A warm welcome is reserved for you all year round, as well as guided tours of the estate during the week for groups of 4 or more by appointment. Currently on sale, the latest special cuvée: Cuvée Cuir, which transmits its strength, its protective softness and delivers woody notes, expressing the typical freshness of the house.

At Domaine Pascal Mure, it's also Violette Mure and Fabien, the son, who welcome you to their home, which has expanded considerably in recent years, notably with a new winery. Domaine Mure covers 9 hectares between Beaune, Pommard, Volnay and Monthelie, and produces mainly red wines in the Villages and Premiers Crus appellations. While the quality of the wines respects all traditions, the labels and packaging display a modernity that reflects this quest for the best, characteristic of the domaine's spirit.

Champy, founded in 1720, is the oldest of Beaune's great houses, and can be visited by appointment on rue du Grenier à Sel. Without an appointment, at Place de la Halle, you'll find a friendly boutique with a view of the Hôtel Dieu and a team of experts on Climats. Upstairs, a lounge area ideal for tasting Premiers and Grands Crus from the Côte de Beaune and Nuits. 500,000 bottles a year, a third of which come from the estate's 25 hectares of vines, 30% of which are organic. Dimitri Bazas, technical director and oenologist, guarantees rigorous vinification.

Domaine Quivy is a jewel in many respects. Learn that you're entering an ^18th-century mansion whose winegrowing buildings represent a remarkably well-preserved historical and artistic heritage, listed as a Monument Historique, and bathed in lush vegetation. You'll then have access to prestigious Premier and Grand Crus from the 7 ha of vines owned by the commune. Your tasting takes place in an authentic Burgundy cellar, where the wines reflect the image of the place: refined, precise and consistent.

Adjacent to the Au Clos Napoléon restaurant, it's hard to resist the call of the Cave du Clos after tasting one of its famous crus during a meal. While the appellations focus on wines from the Burgundy terroir, wine lovers will discover a plethora of names, each more evocative than the last, from the Jura, Alsace and Champagne regions.
