In this hamlet of Tonnerre, Emeline Rouyer welcomes you since she recently took over from her parents. Passionate farmers who created everything with their own hands, they planted their first vines in 1990 and harvested their first grapes in 1995. The vineyards of Tonnerre, destroyed by phylloxera, were reborn in the late 1970s with a strict selection of terroirs and the replanting of noble grape varieties.
