Dating back to the ^11th and ^12th centuries, these magnificent cellars are a must-see! A family pride perpetuated today by Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe Bersan, who cultivate 22 ha of vines. They produce several appellations, including Côtes-d'Auxerre, Aligoté, Saint-Bris and Chablis for the whites, Côtes-d'Auxerre, Bourgogne and Irancy for the reds, as well as Crémant and Ratafia. Created in 2009, Domaine La Croix Montjoie is located on the slopes of the Vézelien region. In the heart of the Bertranges forest, Jacques and Denis opened their brewery in 2010: here, they make and design craft beers in very small quantities, 100% Nivernais! 5 beers have been created: the white Bertranges, the blond Bertranges, the amber Bertranges, the brown Bertranges and the Stout des Bertranges in the so Irish style! This winery has been in existence for four generations. Winegrowers for five generations, the Barbe family now farms 26 ha in the Côtes-du-Jura appellation. In addition to white wines, a red Poulsard and a Crémant, the domaine offers sparkling wines with natural aromas of strawberry, blackberry and grapefruit. New in 2015, Bareuzai begins a new life! Completely transformed into a winery by the Charousset establishments, well known in the region as they are head of a network of 8 Burgundian cellars, they continue their ascent by taking this sign. This family farm in the small village of Puligny has been able to acquire prestigious vineyards as time goes by and the reputation of the raw crus is long. It is now spread over the municipalities of Puligny, Saint-Romain, Beaune and Vougeot on almost 9 hectares. To south-east of Loue, a few kilometres before Lods, you can taste and of course buy wines certified Wines from Franche-Comté. In the past, the vines covered the slopes of the Loue Valley, the houses whose entrance, raised, dominates the access to the cellars. For a long time, wine had almost disappeared from the landscape, but a decade ago, the Association for development and animation of the Loue valley (Ruranim) undertook to reactivate the production of local wine. More than 6 ha of vines were remodelled and planted in Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Auxerre. Production has steadily increased since then, and the result is astonishing.

Domaine Georges Joillot is a vineyard located in Pommard, Burgundy. It offers various appellations, including Beaune "Montagne Saint-Désiré", Pommard Vieilles Vignes, Pommard "Les Noizons" and Volnay Vieilles Vignes. Between Dijon and Beaune, in the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne UNESCO World Heritage Site, the domaine has been cultivating vines since 1901. Covering an area of 4 hectares, it produces 7 prestigious appellations or "climats", including the Grand Cru Charmes-Chambertin and the Premiers Crus de Gevrey-Chambertin: Combe aux Moines, Petits Cazetiers and Les Goulots. The first vines of the Maison Jadot were planted in 1826, three generations of this family succeeded there. In 1984, Jadot became an American property but retained its Burgundian soul. Today, Maison Louis Jadot controls 220 hectares in Burgundy, including 80 in Beaujolais. Since the spring 2013, Maison Louis Jadot has been open to individuals. Its shop is installed in the north of Beaune, in the heart fermenting rooms. The architecture of the fermenting room of Rouges is impressive; it is reminiscent of a cathedral. That of the white, equally large, is more contemporary and contrasting sharply with the previous one. The long raising cave of a hundred metres, houses nearly 4,000 references. The tasting that closes this memorable visit allows you to discover the Louis Jadot wines. The tours are only in small groups; the shop is accessible without the visit.

On the road of great crus, stop at the estate of the estate Henri Moroni. For 60 years, the house has been continuing its know-how and the quality of its wines. At the head of the field, three brothers and sisters: Catherine, Philippe and Christophe who ensure the proper operation of the property and operate 9 ha of vineyards in the municipality of Puligny-Montrachet. Four ha mainly produce large, world-class white wines from denominations, 1 ^st and large wines. Domaine Macle is one of the pioneers of organic viticulture in the Jura. It is also a well-established estate, dating back to 1850. Laurent Macle took over the domaine in 1995 and has maintained it as one of Château-Chalon's leading addresses, earning him the nickname of "the pope of yellow wine". 4 ha of the estate's 12 hectares are planted with Savagnin grapes, and the remainder with Chardonnay in the Côtes-du-Jura PDO. Vinification takes place in ^16th-century cellars, in oak barrels of course. A very fine house.

Stéphane Plank, a chef of training, turned to oenology, leading him to the role of sommelier in very large houses before opening this wine bar/shop of wine merchants. Brown, white, amber, blonde... The microbrewer Odile Bondier can boast of having a production of beers labeled Nature et Progrès which translates its will to reach the "zero waste", in particular through the intermediary of returnable bottles. Its beers are made with local raw materials. The brewer as well as the beers are known for their character and their conviction. To taste her production, you can also go to the market of Avallon.

In the 1970s, the Perrachon family acquired the château and its estate, producing Beaujolais and Burgundy wines on 20 hectares. Eight appellations in white, red and rosé, including four crus in the Beaujolais and a Crémant de Bourgogne. Jean-Yves Vapillon remains the only independent winegrower in Rouget de Lisle. His vineyards are in fact spread over three localities. His father was a winegrower in the Beaujolais. The Domaine's winemakers bring you excellent wines from their winery in Gilly-les-Cîteaux. Try "Les Bas de Vosne", produced from a plot in the commune of Vosne-Romanée, a light wine made from a blend of two grape varieties: pinot noir and gamay. Taste also ''L'Hermitage'', a Hautes Côtes-de-Nuits, a wine that can be kept for 3 to 5 years, made from parcels located on the heights of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Tastings are by appointment only.

In 1989, Yves Horde from the Rémois region fell under the spell of Port-Lesney and its vineyards, and never looked back. 2007 marks the start of his winegrowing adventure. Jonathan Seguin is one of the young generation of winegrowers on the Côte du Couchois. For him, wine is a vocation: he began by buying vines alongside his studies, and when an opportunity arose, he left his job to set up his own domaine. At 25, he owns just over 9 hectares of vines and is full of ambition. It's a pleasure to visit him in Saint-Sernin-du-Plain to chat with him and taste his wines, whether red, white or rosé, from the Burgundy, Côte du Couchois and Côte Chalonnaise appellations.

The vineyards in Haute-Saône are coming back to life, and are well worth a look, as the wines are particularly interesting. But this resurrection is due to winegrowers like Antoine Lahaye, who in 1995 began replanting with chardonnay and pinot noir. His estate is two-thirds chardonnay and one-third pinot. 1/3 of his harvest is aged in oak barrels for 10 months, the rest in vats. Blending is then carried out to produce delicate, well-crafted wines. A richness to be rediscovered or discovered in moderation, of course.

Avintures is a whole new world for the wine-curious. Thomas Turner, a wine connoisseur trained in Viti and the Asian wine trade, is joined by Jingjing, who is at the cutting edge of new technologies. The two complement each other to offer an innovative wine shop format. In addition to the selection of French, organic and even natural wines, visitors come to make astonishing discoveries in terms of novelties, quality and price. The must, the novelty even, is the QR code on each bottle, which opens a technical data sheet or a podcast from the winemaker!

The story begins here in the ^15th century, with a family of Scottish origins and know-how handed down from generation to generation. Today, the estate is run by Juliette d'Assay, and its vineyards are planted with Sauvignon Blanc under the Pouilly fumé appellation.
