Maria and François produce aromatic plants and vegetables, as well as syrups, herbal teas, chocolates and jams.

At an altitude of 1100 metres, in the highest village in the Doubs region, Maria and François grow organically controlled herbs and vegetables. At the same time, they produce syrups, herbal teas, chocolates and jams, as well as anise-based products, vodka and absinthe. They have set up their distillation workshop in their barn. They work with noble raw materials and use copper stills, a Jura know-how.
