Founded in 1928, Cave de Bissey is the oldest winery in the Côte Chalonnaise. Situated between the Côte de Beaune and the Mâconnais, Bissey-sous-Cruchaud is a small wine-growing commune, offering 84 hectares of vines, whose ageing, vinification and marketing have remained on a human scale, thus promoting human relationships and respect for the terroir with authentic wines. From the finesse of white wines to the fruitiness of reds, from the lightness of crémants to the creaminess of spirits, it's easy to be seduced.
