The story begins here in the ^15th century, with a family of Scottish origins and know-how handed down from generation to generation. Today, the estate is run by Juliette d'Assay, and its vineyards are planted with Sauvignon Blanc in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. The vineyards are planted with Sauvignon grapes under the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, and are cultivated in an environmentally-friendly manner, producing wines with a powerful, assertive character that can be found on the region's finest tables. Visits, tastings and guided walks in the vineyards are available on reservation.
