LES COTEAUX D'HUGIER

The "Les Coteaux d'Hugier" organic farm is located in the hills above the village of Hugier, and comprises 5 hectares of vines, a farm with around 60 Limousin cattle and 120 Île-de-France sheep, as well as 60 hectares of cereals. Serge Ballot pioneered organic farming in 1993. Today, the farm produces red, white and rosé wines, crémant and liqueur wine, lamb and beef, cereals and livestock feed. All grown organically. But the main discovery is the wines.
