Yassine Amrouni created his micro-enterprise in 2014 to achieve his dream: to produce distinctive, naturally sparkling and balanced beers. An advocate of organic, his beverages are unfiltered, unpasteurized and all made from rigorously chosen ingredients. In his South Jura region, his production has successfully intensified. His recipes are made according to his favourite recipes. 4 variants are available (blonde, amber, white and brown), all certified AB by Ecocert. C était la première fois que j allais à la bistraille. Pas déçu bien au contraire !
Cadre atypique et agréable. Super accueil. Les propriétaires sont vraiment supers, très commerçants et ce qui ne gâche rien, très agréables et sympathiques. Leur bière est délicieuse et l ail noir ainsi que leurs spécialités sont fantastiques.
Un endroit que je recommande vivement. Vraiment ce commerce mérite de bien travailler. Que l année 2024 leur soit propice.
