Covering 16 hectares, the Cantin estate works with respect for nature and tradition. The harvest is done by hand, guaranteeing quality and richness of aromas. Their wines, Bourgogne Passetoutgrain, Bourgogne rosé and Irancy are found on the best tables. With the variety that can be had in Irancy: indeed, the recognized parcels are named on the label as the famous Palotte or the Grande Côte. Note also that the domain has a very nice gîte (the Jacques Germain Soufflot) with 6 rooms.

Visite au domaine - avril 2019
En venant de Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, à pied par les coteaux viticoles, c'est par un heureux hasard (au gré d'une rencontre à l'église du village d'Irancy) que j'ai eu le plaisir de pousser la porte du domaine, un dimanche d'avril (appel préalable recommandé).

En face de l'église du charmant village, le caveau et le vignerons sont tout ce qu'il y a de plus accueillants, les vins (rouges d'Irancy, de Pinot Noiravec un peu de cépage César) sont d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix/plaisir.

Vivement recommandable, vous ne serez pas déçu de la découverte.
