Wine estates Irancy

Covering 16 hectares, the Cantin estate works with respect for nature and tradition. The harvest is done by hand, guaranteeing quality and richness of aromas. Their wines, Bourgogne Passetoutgrain, Bourgogne rosé and Irancy are found on the best tables. With the variety that can be had in Irancy: indeed, the recognized parcels are named on the label as the famous Palotte or the Grande Côte. Note also that the domain has a very nice gîte (the Jacques Germain Soufflot) with 6 rooms.

Christophe Ferrari is unusual in that he was not born into a family of winegrowers. So, since 1987, this passionate winegrower has had to redouble his efforts to offer today (alongside his son Nicolas) several Irancy, Chablis, Saint-Bris, crémants and ratafias. Produced with respect for tradition on 26 ha, the quality of the wines and the know-how are the two strengths of this fine domaine. Proof of this are the numerous awards received. In 2024, four wines received awards from the Guide Hachette des vins, including the Saint Bris La Canne 2022 (2 stars).

This very beautiful estate finds its origins as early as 1620 in Irancy. Today, William Charriat exploits on 13 ha the vines of pinot noir and caesar. In the respect of tradition, with manual harvesting, the precious liquid is matured in oak barrels, two years before bottling. William Charriat's precise work gives these wines a generous taste, the vines benefiting from the clay-limestone soil of the region's hillsides. In the end, the irancy here retains a fruity taste, that of the morello cherry that grows in the region.

Situated in the small village of Irancy for four generations, the estate (11 ha) produces wines (in organic agriculture, labelled AB) mainly from the pinot noir grape variety. A controlled organic agriculture which gives the productions finesse and minerality. Red and rosé wines that exalt fruity, floral and spicy notes. To test, the Irancy "vaupessiot", "paradis" "palotte" or "mazelots", the rosé burgundies or the crémant de Bourgogne! An address to be discovered, and a friendly welcome!

This large family estate of 8 ha uses traditional methods of wine making, and markets its wines between five and seven years. You will find here Burgundy pinot gris, Burgundy rosé, Burgundy passetoutgrain, Irancy, Crémant de Bourgogne and Ratafia. If you visit the beautiful landscapes of Irancy, do not hesitate to make a stop in this cellar. The Richoux family has been cultivating vines for several generations. For some time now, Gabin and Félix have joined their parents Thierry and Corinne, perpetuating the long and beautiful history of this 18-hectare estate, where excellence is the watchword. What's more, for the past fifteen years or so, the Richoux family has been turning to organic viticulture in order to best respect the original terroir of Irancy, and the spirit of the vintage, which must be faithfully reflected in the bottle.
