At the heart of Romanèche-Thorins for over 130 years, Maison Jacoulot is renowned for the quality of its marcs and fines de Bourgogne. Today at the head of the company, the Vançon family perpetuates its know-how, producing over 120,000 bottles each year by hand. You can visit the cellar, admire the oak barrels and taste the surprising liqueurs. In early 2024, Cavistes & Co magazine named its peppermint liqueur "Liqueur of the Year 2023".

Open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm; Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2:30 pm to 6 pm.
Owner's Message
In November 891, Vincent Jacoulot sold his very first bottle of Marc de Bourgogne, in Romanèche-Thorins. This bottle will become the "signature product" of the House. A well-kept recipe that will be passed on over time to the Vançon family, following the takeover of the distillery in 2013.
Strengthened by its history and knowledge, the House has been able to diversify and add a touch of audacity and creativity. Today, it offers a wide range of products, including the renowned Marcs and Fines de Bourgogne, tasty liqueurs and fruit creams, and more recently whiskies and rums matured in its brandy barrels.
