Founded in 1864, it is one of the great distilleries of Fougerolles. In 1955, the company started producing morello cherries for chocolate makers, then Griottines® in the 1980s: wild morello cherries macerated in a light syrup with Kirsch, a speciality that is now world-renowned and has won several medals, to be enjoyed with a glass of champagne. The boutique offers nearly 250 references: cherries, raspberries or blackcurrants in liqueur, absinthe, whiskies, all kinds of brandies, fruit creams, and even vodka and pastis.

Beautiful distillery that you can visit upon request and during open house day. An educational exit for children and adults. You will find very quality ingredients there is Small Fougères.
