The vines are grown without a synthetic chemical, thereby maximizing the natural defences of the plant. Biological processes make it possible to obtain living and stable soils to give rise to great wines of remarkable quality. The methods remain, however, very traditional, the harvest is made manually, the sulfitage for winemaking is very moderate and breeding takes place in oak barrels from 12 to 18 months. The area produces regional designations, villages and Grands Crus at affordable prices. The Gevrey-Chambertin "Les Chores", whose parcel lies behind the property, promises beautiful surprises. We naturally appreciate the presence of the Grands Crus Charmes-Chambertin and Mazoyères-Chambertin.
