Freddy Barbier, wine merchant at Ô Vin Dieu, created this place in 2023 around a singularity: he offers almost exclusively beers from the Côte-d'Or and neighbouring départements. In honor of local know-how, this enthusiast of good products takes great pleasure in adding little-known spirits to his shelves. Original gins, whiskies from around the world and astonishing rums complete the range of beers with brio. On the delicatessen side, cookies, mustards and other preserves are all sourced from short distribution channels, and showcase regional products.
