The water needed to make it comes from the Beauce water table, the sugar comes from beets processed in Artenay. The Domaine de la Chevalerie offers you an exceptional Bourgueil wine for tasting: finesse and fruity aromas. Created in 1640, this estate is a family history. The vines of La Chevalerie are between 30 and 70 years old. They benefit from a biodynamic culture. The new managers - Ondine Caron and Samuel Dion - have renamed the old Boussard oil mill but they still produce walnut and hazelnut oil in the same artisanal way since 1860. It is one of the last three oil mills in the Cher and therefore a curiosity in itself.

It was in 1900 that Alexandre Robin installed his sixty baskets of bees in Chézelles. On the dozen hectares of land that he owns, his son René will develop a real beekeeping operation.
