The property produces white, red and rosé Menetou-Salon. The white is made from the Sauvignon grape variety. It is representative of the Menetou-Salon appellation and its taste is typical of Domaine Teiller. Its nose is intense and mineral with notes of citrus, peaches and ripe fruit. It is ideal with a crottin de Chavignol - for example, with fish, white meat or an aperitif. The red and rosé wines are made from a pinot noir grape variety that is rooted deeper in the clay-limestone soil. The red releases its aromas of red fruits, raspberries, cherries and spices in a bouquet of flavours. It is a perfect accompaniment to terrines, meats... and chocolate desserts! Its fame goes beyond the borders. Tadashi Agi and Shu Okimoto even refer to it in their famous manga Les Gouttes de Dieu.
