You will easily recognize the signature of the Wilfrid Rousse estate: a mermaid holding a fish in her hand. The estate covers 19.5 hectares, including 18 hectares of Cabernet Franc, plus half a hectare of Chenin. The domain benefits from the Organic Agriculture appellation. In this domain, you will find great wines, such as Les Puys, Les Cinq Pères, Le Clos de la Roche or Les Galuches... Wines of pleasure and ageing with aromas of wild strawberry or violet. Charles Pain's estate has been awarded the "Cave d'Excellence" label. With more than forty hectares of AOC Chinon vines, the extent of this vineyard benefits from a beautiful exposure. This property works the grapes with passion and professionalism to obtain vintages of Cabernet Franc (called Breton) for the red and rosé and Pineau de Loire (called Chenin for the Cuvée Blanche). In the heart of Touraine, this 55-hectare vineyard has been welcoming you since 1987 to let you discover its secrets passed down from generation to generation and its greatest vintages.

On his small 3.8 hectare estate, Vincent Grall produces white and rosé Sancerre from flinty and clayey-siliceous soils. His cellar is located on the Sancerre peak and his vineyard on the surrounding hillsides. Manual harvesting, particular care in working the vineyard with respect to the soil, organic amendments, limited yields, simple and natural vinification, allowing the full expression of the Sauvignon, give these excellent wines. Since 2013, Philou and Jéjé (former sommeliers) have been sharing their passion for wine at one of the best places in Tours to stock up on good bottles. Their selection is highly specialized, and they take care to taste everything! Take the time to chat about your preferences around the central island. Founded in 1925, this cooperative winery is steeped in history. In this beautiful, modern space, you can discover and taste the diversity of Touraine wines, as the Beaujardin vineyard represents 7 wine-growing communes with rich terroirs and soils, producing distinctive wines. 10 grape varieties, 4 AOP... In this family, the passion for winemaking is passed down from father to son: Franck represents the fifth generation of winemakers. In this winery, which was established in 1991, tradition is combined with modern technology. Production is vinified and champagnized on site. You'll find AOC Touraine-Amboise, Touraine-Mesland, Touraine and Crémant de Loire. Melt for Fleuray bubbles, available in blanc brut, blanc demi-sec and rosé.

Specializing in AOC Coteaux du Giennois, Jean-Claude and Cindy Millot are winegrowers from father to daughter! Jean-Claude has been harvesting by hand on 3 hectares for 40 years. The medals rewarding his passion continue to be won. His daughter, at the heart of the initiation process, continues in the same vein. You can taste the 3 colors and meet Jean-Claude and Cindy on the markets in Gien and at all the fairs in the region, intoxicated... with joy!

The Domaine des Bruniers has been producing Quincy for many years. Exposed on the banks of the Cher, the vineyard grows on terraces of sand and gravel resting on the limestone and clay of the banks. This noble terroir allows the Sauvignon grape variety to reach maturity very early. It is on these soils that it reaches the full bloom of its aromas and flavour, giving it its originality. Go and visit Jérôme de La Chaise, by appointment! A tasting room and a reception area have been set up for our pleasure.

In this house created in 1900, the art of master craftsmen distillers has been passed down from generation to generation since the beginning. The representative of the fourth generation, Henri-Pierre Girardot, will share with you his passion for his profession and will make you discover the house products, including the Golden Strawberry, registered in the inventory of the culinary wealth of the Centre region. The fruits used are rigorously selected, most of them come from the region in order to guarantee the quality of the finished product. You will find on the site ideas for cocktails.

In the Roy family, wine is a passion that is passed on from generation to generation. Anne-Cécile has taken up the torch lit by her great-grandfather. She continues the action of her father who, already 50 years ago, wanted to produce his wines in the most natural way possible. This will is found from the mechanical weeding to the manual harvest and of course in all the stages of the wine making, which gives wines of soil, far from standardization. The domain and the cellar can be visited and an area is available for camping-cars.

Then enter the fantastic world of the Cave aux Lumières, where the walls are adorned with a myriad of breathtaking works of art, offering a never-before-seen vision of the great châteaux of the Loire and their architecture. The origins of the estate date back to 1735, and the cultivation of vines to 1900. Visits and tastings are organized in a typical troglodytic cellar. The estate is acclaimed and praised by enlightened wine lovers. Try the gris, a mineral wine very particular to the region... Since 2000, Valérie and Patrice Colin, independent winegrowers, have been committed to sustainable agriculture and have obtained the Organic Agriculture label. They work their vines to bring out the best in their exceptional terroir.

The estate is located in the Touraine-Mesland appellation and enjoys a privileged south-facing position. Christine and Gilles Chelin, two lovers of the vine, welcome you to their estate to share their passion while tasting their wines. A tour of their estate is available by appointment, during which they will show you the different stages in the making of their wines, as well as their vines, which are their pride and joy.

This estate has been in the same family for four generations and practices a culture that respects tradition and the environment. It produces fresh and easy to drink wines with a beautiful minerality typical of this terroir. For aperitifs or desserts, you can choose the traditional method "Plaisir du Musa" in white made with Chardonnay or the rosé made with Pinot Noir and Côt: Volupté du Musa, but also for this sweet white Sauvignon which also accompanies foie gras and fruit desserts.

Jean Carmet's family home, a 15th century building, has been home to the Maison des Vins for more than 20 years. You will be able to discover the different vineyards and estates of Bourgueil or taste a dozen wines. Not to mention more than a hundred vintages sold at the estate price. You can also learn about the terroirs of the appellation and the secrets behind the vintages. All summer long, the Maison des Vins proposes in its Espace Jean Carmet an exhibition dedicated to the actor.

Initially a mixed farming operation in 1963, the estate gradually devoted itself solely to viticulture. 26 hectares of vines in AOC Chinon, planted with Chenin for the white grape variety, and Cabernet Franc, also known as "Breton" for the red grape variety. Elodie and Eric Herault and their son currently produce 8 different wines including red, rosé, sparkling, white and an old vine. A limited quantity cuvée is up for grabs! The family's welcome is always friendly and personal, and you will taste wines produced with passion.

Briare is home to a boutique specializing in quality spirits of all categories. It's fair to say that at Cave Loire & Millésimes, the love of the trade is deeply rooted. When the heart is sincere, the response from customers is just as sincere, and grands crus rub shoulders with vins de pays and from other regions of France and many other countries. Likewise, the variety of selected whiskies and rums opens up worlds of liquid flavours during a skilfully orchestrated tasting: a must-discover!

In front of the château's entrance, the Maison des Vins offers an original self-service concept in which visitors receive a glass fitted with a microchip under the stem, allowing them to select between 4 and 7 wines from the hundred or so on offer for tasting! Visitors can also taste the day's wines free of charge. An app for mobile phones and tablets allows you to follow the tasting with advice from the chosen winemaker on how to best match wines and dishes.

Following the death of Frédéric, Charly and Rémy, his sons, took over the reins of the family estate in 2020. 27 hectares of organic farming and manual harvesting have made these wines a reference in the appellation. The very typical terroir, composed mostly of sand and gravel in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, clay in Bourgueil, allows the perfect expression of the Cabernet Franc!
