You will easily recognize the signature of the Wilfrid Rousse estate: a mermaid holding a fish in her hand. The estate covers 19.5 hectares, including 18 hectares of Cabernet Franc, plus half a hectare of Chenin. The domain benefits from the Organic Agriculture appellation. Welcome to the Goulay charcuterie! In this store in the Velpeau district, with its sober and contemporary decor, charcuterie is a family affair! Charles Pain's estate has been awarded the "Cave d'Excellence" label. With more than forty hectares of AOC Chinon vines, the extent of this vineyard benefits from a beautiful exposure. This property works the grapes with passion and professionalism to obtain vintages of Cabernet Franc (called Breton) for the red and rosé and Pineau de Loire (called Chenin for the Cuvée Blanche). In the heart of Touraine, this 55-hectare vineyard has been welcoming you since 1987 to let you discover its secrets passed down from generation to generation and its greatest vintages.

On his small 3.8 hectare estate, Vincent Grall produces white and rosé Sancerre from flinty and clayey-siliceous soils. His cellar is located on the Sancerre peak and his vineyard on the surrounding hillsides. Manual harvesting, particular care in working the vineyard with respect to the soil, organic amendments, limited yields, simple and natural vinification, allowing the full expression of the Sauvignon, give these excellent wines. The Domaine des Bruniers has been producing Quincy for many years. Exposed on the banks of the Cher, the vineyard grows on terraces of sand and gravel resting on the limestone and clay of the banks. This noble terroir allows the Sauvignon grape variety to reach maturity very early. It is on these soils that it reaches the full bloom of its aromas and flavour, giving it its originality.
