A 100% organic and artisanal ice cream shop in Tours, we love it! Certified BIOED®, the company has a policy of responsible and organic purchases by favoring short supply chains. The ingredients are mainly from organic farming, with notably whole milk and fresh cream from the Monts d'Ardèche natural park. Macaroon, caramel, blackcurrant, praline, wild blueberry or more surprising but equally delicious flavors such as tonka bean and goat's milk, the choice is yours. Owner's Message
100% organic and artisanal, 60+ flavors, 1% for the planet and 0 waste: an ice cream shop in the air of time.
We believe in selecting organically grown ingredients, consuming fewer resources and financing ecological projects, but above all serving healthy and tasty ice creams and sorbets.
- Organic: certified BIOED®, our master ice-cream maker Terre ardéchois leads a policy of responsible organic purchases by privileging the short channels. The cones, the whipped cream and the rooibos iced teas are 100% organic.
- Renewable: this is the source of our electricity from small French producers - 82% hydraulic, 14% thermal waste and 4% biomass. Our supplier, ekWateur, is independent and B Corp certified.
- Efficient and clean: our electric appliances, made in Europe, are energy efficient and use clean refrigerants (R-290 and R-600a). Our main allies for maintenance are white vinegar and black soap.
- Recycled above all: our consumables are of course recyclable or compostable but we especially favor recycled products (e.g. cardboard, paper, towels). We limit the use of plastic as much as possible, which is why all our drinks are in aluminum cans.
- One percent: The part of our turnover that goes to finance environmental projects. Our suppliers are also committed.
